Hotel review

Location was great, breakfast was good, the pool was fantastic with amazing views. A nice walk into town or tram ride down to the beach. Make sure you spend a day at the pool, you can order a great lunch and drinks, service was great, towels can be picked up near the pool.

We had a great room but, the people above us were moving around furniture and bags etc till midnight, which made it hard to sleep, all of the staff were great except for the server in the restaurant at night. There was no service and had a negative attitude which can make your night very unpleasent.

מיקום מרכזי ונהדר 5 דקות הליכה מהרחוב המרכזי, 2 דקות הליכה מתחנת האוטובוס המרכזית מי שמתנייד כך ואפשר גם לקחת לשם אוטובוס לשדה תעופה והפוך. בריכה פשוט מהממת ונקייה, נוף עוצר נשימה מהמלון, הנשים בחדר ארוחת הבוקר היו מקסימות וגם כן המנקות במלון. המלון מעוצב מהמם מבפנים ומבחוץ ושומרים מאוד על ניקיון. יש מקום חניה שכן מזמינים מראש בעלות של 20 יורו ללילה, אז זה חוסך כאב ראש של חיפוש חניה למי שמגיע ברכב.

יש כמה אנשים שעובדים בקבלה שהיחס שלהם לא תמיד היה נחמד אלינו, אלא כועס וחוסר רצון אמיתי לעזור וכאילו לעשות טובה, לא תמיד הרגיש לנו בנוח בתור אורחות של המלון שאמורות לקבל את השירות הטוב ביותר, חווינו גלגולי עיניים אפילו מאחד העובדות בקבלה שזה פשוט חוסר נימוס וכבוד. רוב הצוות כן מקסים ועוזרים, פשוט חבל שאי אפשר להגיד את זה על כולם. הקירות מאוד דקים בחדרים אפשר לשמוע הכל בחוץ ובחדרים האחרים. הגענו עם רכב והזמנו חניה מראש, כל הזמן הם מזיזים את הרכב במלון כדי להכניס כמה שיותר רכבים אחרים ולעשות צפוף, המפתח של הרכב נשאר אצל הקבלה וזה משהו שאני לא ממש מבינה.

Great little hotel, with a great location and friendly/helpful staff. Is very clean, and the pool (+ view) is lovely

The location to the town, but also to the route down to the beach/gondala station was perfect. Just close enough without being in the centre centre. Very convenient, especially for the main bus station.

The walls are very thin, so if you’re a light sleeper it’s not ideal.

Superb location, valet, breakfast/coffee, pool, unmatched room views. Highly recommended

Hotel Sirius's location is excellent, just a short walk away from the cable car and Corso Umberto. The valet parking service was very convenient. I enjoyed the delicious breakfast and coffee, especially scrambled eggs. The view from our room was unmatched, absolutely breathtaking. The hotel's pool was very nice; we enjoyed spritzes with great poolside views. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely return the next time I visit Taormina.

The entrance seemed a bit unusual, but it wasn't a big deal.

Great location, great staff, quirky design and décor.

The walls were thin (room 124) and we could clearly hear other quests having normal conversations and more. Presumably they could hear us. You really need to put that right.

The best stay we have ever had!

I highly recommend staying at this gorgeous hotel with the friendliest and most helpful staff! We didn’t want to leave. It is situated in a perfect spot between the bus stops and the funicular that takes you down to giardini Naxos and isola bella. It is a short walk from Corso Umberto. But our favourite was the pool over looking the most beautiful scenery!

Exceptional

Location just outside the very busy Taormina, but also within easy walking distance 7 - 8 minutes. Staff were so nice and very helpful. We felt very welcome. Poolside was never too busy, always very relaxed. Food was excellent, good choices at breakfast. Dinner on the terrace was great, coupled with stunning views of the coastline.

The uphill walk out of the hotel to the road.

Luxury hotel well positioned with exceptional views and friendly staff

Breakfast provided good choice of cheese, meat and pastries with fresh coffee served by friendly and efficient staff. Room good size, clean and well equipped providing good night sleep. Hotel situated in quiet area within 5 minutes walk of shops, restaurants and bar, but also enjoyed uninterrupted, exceptional views over sea from room terrace. All staff friendly and attentive. We Intend to return.

Lovely views, lovely place!

Beautiful views, great pool with a view. Nice rooms, very clean. Great location just a few steps from the cable car to Isola Bella, and walking distance to all Taormina's restaurants and Theatro Antico. We really enjoyed our stay.
