Estaba reformado

Staff is polite, facilities good, location good, food was very good
When we arrived with our two dogs to do check in the member of stuff tell us that we can’t live our dogs alone in the room and go to the pool together with my girlfriend, for my question why? She just responded “ rules “ it was frustrating for me after I payed 300€ for the room. And at the room there where no bed for a dog, or plates for the dogs food. In other hotels which we visit, and which accept dogs, they always have a small details for a dog or a bed. And it is obvious that I would live my dogs at the room as they are not accepted to the pool area. Anyway, a bit frustrating the treatment.

Fantastic location, excellent breakfast plus the breakfast staff are very nice, good swimming pool with plenty of loungers and never too crowded
No smart tv with only French channels.
Room was a little on the small side for a longer stay.
No beer on tap at the bar, a ridiculous €7 for a 25cl bottle of beer.

Nice location and ample free parking.
Quite a small room, definately needed to ensure a room with a balcony.

Great room with a sea view. Comfy bed and great shower.
Good location and plenty of parking.
Would certainly recommend.
Can think of anything.

We were upgraded to a sea view room which was lovely. Receptionist was very attentive and helped us to transfer to the property from a nearby town.
There were not enough teabags in room and no black tea at all or milk. Also, we were given a conditioner but no shampoo and this was not replenished when requested.

Decor. Communal areas were well designed, rooms were light and relaxing, bathrooms were well-fitted and pleasing. Gardens were beautifully maintained. Staff very helpful.
It’s a shame there’s a (not very busy) road between hotel and coastline, but it did prevent enjoyment of the hotel.

the ac wasnt cooling the room properly

Beautiful setting with a large heated pool . The room was clean, nice roomy balcony and comfortable bed. The dinner was exceptional.
There is some traffic in the distance but it isn’t heard from the room and the park like setting does muffle the noise.

The staff were nice. The room was clean, big , the view was amazing. The services were great as well. The breakfast was tasty. The spa is really good as well.
The pool is a bit small, and the dry cleaning staff is not great. While ironing a too they burned it . But overall everything else was great.

car parking
Breakfast good
Rooms small and not well appointed
Balcony overlooking the sea was great but the aircon unit blew hot air onto it rendering it unusable.
Restaurant overpriced and under portioned!
Busy main road 100m away so constant noise.
Tiny swimming pool
Beach area the other side of a main road and railway line
in short nothing good about this hotel and would not recommend it for a holiday location

shower was poor for a 4 * hotel

Reception staff very good, friendly.
Experience of taxi service was not great. We could get taxi to destination, but returning to hotel was a nightmare. Taxi ranks unmanned which doesn't bode well for peak season!

More modern than most other French hotels in the area; feels like “real world” and not long-forgotten South of France
During the checkin I could not pay with a contactless card, and the manager was quite rude saying that “it is their policy if guests don’t pay they cannot stay” (wow, never heard of this!). She had the sweetest with an American family just before me, even though I spoke French. i told her that I was there for solutions and they were giving me problems. luckily, another lady helped and simply took my card details to type them in — it worked!

Staff were extremely friendly and helpful, even multilingual which was really useful. The food in the restaurant was delicious and the hotel was clean. We also loved the hotel dog! Extremely handy location.
The only slight issue is that it is quite close proximity to the main road and can be loud (motorbikes etc). However the windows are quite soundproof so does go some of the way to remedy this.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Delicious food, for breakfast and the dinner in the restaurant. Very well presented building, rooms and lobby. Great massage facilities and outdoor pool.
The beach is fairly close to the hotel, but be aware you need to cross a busy road and go under a railway via foot tunnel to gain access. Location was really beautiful and quite remote, this did mean you ideally need a car to reach restaurants outside of the hotel (any other shops, restaurants, facilities etc are typically over 30 min walk away although it’s a beautiful walk). There were some possible issues in the communication link between Booking.com and the hotel: On arrival hotel staff were unsure if I had pre-paid for breakfast or not when I had paid for the hotel room stay in advance through booking.com; also although I had paid for the hotel room billing in advance, this was under-counted by the hotel and they initially overcharged me before I recognised the error (I wasn’t sure if this was a hotel error or difficulties in the connection between booking.com and the hotel). Their checkout itemised bill is possibly a bit overly detailed and ran into many pages (new rows for every drink you had at the hotel) so it was hard to find where the error was when the bill seemed more than EUR100 more than I was expecting. But overall a good stay just to be clear!

very clean and modern.
Just a few little things. The bathroom lighting was very dim and the hair dryer was not too strong.

We stayed in room on grand floor. The window was bigger than photo on booking.com. It was not bad as we thought
There is no curtain or door for shower place just next to toilet door. The floor was wet after shower. Can hear the walking from upper room.
