Calidad-precio excelente para Colliure

Habitación confortable y tranquila, como solicité al reservar para evitar los ruidos de la calle principal de Colliure,situación muy céntrica para visitar toda la población,la atención al cliente de Hélène inmejorable,dispuesta a ayudar y facilitar la estancia.

Localització molt bona, però poca comoditat.

La localització és bona. Vam triar dues habitacions interiors, per evitar el soroll del carrer a l'estiu (tenen aire condicionat).

Per manca de personal, no hi havia esmorzar. Ni tan sols un cafè amb una galeta, com havien tingut anteriorment. Ens van dir que ja trobaríem algun lloc on esmorzar. L'hotel és sorollós: l'escala interior, el terra, les parets; no hi ha manera de poder passar una estona en silenci, ni a la nit! No ens van donar la factura, de manera que, probablement, ens van cobrar la taxa turística de 4 persones quan en realitat n'érem 3. Serà difícil que hi tornem, ja que per preus semblants hi ha ofertes aparentment millors.

Excellent stay and would recommend the hotel above others in the vercinity.

Good location easy to visit by walking all parts of the town and beaches.

The lack of parking available was inconvenient. THE LOCAL MUNICIPALITY SHOULD MAKE A BIGGER EFFERT HELPING HOTEL OWNERS AND CLIENTS FIND A SOLUTION.

Quick trip to an absolutely wonderful location.

Old world charm, Great location, breakfast was excellent, supermarket next door. Host was very helpful

bathrooms were basic, and a little tired, but overall everything you needed.

Nice staff, shame about the communication and bathroom mould

Very friendly and helpful staff once at the hotel.

I wrote to the hotel 3 times before arrival with no response. When we arrived we were told that there was no breakfast as someone was ill. The mould in my shower was horrible, I did not want to use it.

The proprietor is delightful. So friendly and helpful. The hotel is charming. The continental breakfast is excellent.

Helene greeted us with patience, consideration, and information. Our rooms were extremely comfortable, quiet. She is magical. Made us feel cared for in each encounter. Merci merci merci!

A lovely place to stay. Enjoyed my time here.

This is a stylish hotel, in a great location. (I'd also like to mention that it smells excellent! Lavender maybe??? :) Reception was very helpful and welcoming.

just stayed there one night - very handy for visiting centre.

Hotel very quaint

Owner when phoned to ask what parking was the best - proceeded in telling us to go in front of the barrier and when places available it would lift (as if we did not know) and said that she was fed up explaining how the parking works in Collioure - The questions we asked her was what is the best parking to use !!!

A Rare Find

La Bona Casa is one of the best boutique hotels I've stayed at during my travels in South West of France. Excellent location in the center of Collioure, beautifully decorated with a lot of character, very comfortable, immaculately clean and welcoming. I would recommend having breakfast too, they provide everything you can wish for and more in continental breakfast. It truly is a special place and one can feel the attention to detail and passion for what they are doing to make every guest's stay a great experience. Thank you so very much Helene and the team, we will be back!

Lovely weekend away!

The hotel is in such a great spot. The bedroom was meticulously clean and the perfect size for us as a couple. We loved our stay.

If you are driving on a weekend the parking can be a bit tough. We parked about a 5 minute walk away which was fine for us.

Location was brilliant and staff were very helpful. The room was a bit awkward to navigate but bed was comfy. We could see the outdoor patio but it was occupied by smoking persons so we didn't get to sit outside.

A charming hotel, in a great location, with an excellent hostess, Helen, and a very enjoyable breakfast.

Sadly the presence of the small supermarket and the early morning deliveries, makes the rooms at the front of the hotel very noisy from around 06:00.
