The hospitality was exceptional. they offered recommendations for dinner and hiking. The best part- bc they’re partners, for a small site fee you can enjoy your included breakfast in the revolving restaurant, Piz Gloria on the summit of schiltorn - an absolute incredible experience!

no air conditioning. it stayed above 20C with the window open and a duvet for cover. I was scratching my head regarding the duvet.

Great location in Murren. Very clean room.
Dated room and small, weird bathroom. We booked at the last minute and got a family suite type room. I think it was the last one they had. It was clean and adequate, and had an extra front room with a small couch that we could put our suitcases on. Breakfast was only okay.

Helpful staff, very good breakfast, comfortable & relaxing atmosphere, excellent location.
Thankfully not a major issue, but a lift would've been nice for folks with mobility issues.

My stay was really great as before change of ownership.
Just would recommend to change the menu of the restaurant back to the one before change of ownership. The restaurant is well known for the good food and menu so why changing something great

excellent service from all staff with special thanks to Anja. despite Covid-19 rules, there was still a holiday atmosphere thanks to the great staff. hotel was basic but very clean and food (both diner and breakfast) was of excellent quality. hotel location is excellent ( be aware that to get to Murren you need to use the lift, no access by car in winter) we spend a couple of really nice days.
hotel could use some renovation but i guess with the new owners this will be on the program in the next couple of years.

1, good location and flawless clean. Next to the cable car to Allmendhubel. Also not far away from cable car station to Schilthorn.
2, very good breakfast managed by Hotel Alpenruh.
1, the blumental hotel reception is closed due to COVID-19. It is handled by Hotel Alpenruh.
2 , no electric kettle to boil tea water.

Location is good. Breakfast was continental type and good. Service was nice. Our breakfast and reception was in an another hotel (Hotel Alpenruh). It was a small walk from our place. Check-in, check-out was smooth.
I asked for mountain view room, they couldn't provide. So, I din't like the view from hotel. Wifi was good, but doesn't support Whatsapp. Else all good.

Good location, nice town.
It’s a tired hotel. Guests seem to be a nuisance.
