Super gelegenheit für die Durchreise

Die Zimmer sind ruhig, trotz der Nähe zur Autobahn und des zugehörigen Rasthofes. Das Personal am Empfang war sehr hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend. Balkon am Zimmer war prima.

Das Frühstück war mit dem Raststättenimbiss wohl schlecht abgesprochen. Wir haben überhaupt nicht das bekommen, was wir bezahlt hatten. Leider keine Klimaanlage und kein Stuhl oder Sessel im Zimmer.

Für die Rückfahrt hatten wir das Hotel wieder gebucht.....

Zimmer waren wie neu,

Frühstück im eher ungemütlichen Bereich der BAB Raststätte neben Fastfood etc., leider war der Fahrstuhl zu den Zimmern defekt,

Sink in one of our two rooms was partially blocked. On previous stays the rooms use to have two "real" glasses and complementary bottles of water - not any more - prices have increased (like everything) but the quality/facilities have reduced!

Everything was good except unpleasantness with breakfast which was not included to the room price. For breakfast we only take 2 pieces of different sausages, one omelet and 2 cups of coffee. We paid 9.99 as indicated for breakfast. As my partner didn't really was hungry, I ate his omelette and drank a second coffee. But later, before finishing breakfast, the cashier suddenly came to the table and demanded to pay for two breakfasts, because we are not eating alone, but together!!! If he or I would eat alone, it would be okay, but just because we eat together ONE, even not full breakfast, we should pay double price!!!

Size of room ok, good towels and beds ok. Close proximity to the motorway a good location.

No bar although it says there is, the lady at reception said its a motorway service area so no bar however the garage over the parking lot sell booze. No dedicated hotel parking, I get the feeling that it has declined over time and could be much more than it is

The room was surprisingly quiet for the location. There is a 24h check-in, which is very practical. Our room even had a balcony.

The toilet/bathroom smelled a little. The breakfast could be better organised and was also a bit too expensive.

The adjoining restaurant has a good morning buffet. The bed was comfortable.

Upon check-in, we got a key to an uncleaned room. Then we got a key to a room where windows could not open. Third attempt was above acceptable. Room was with the window facing towards a busy highway. Extreme noise-levels with window open. No aircondition. Basically, choose between no sleep due to suffocation or due to noise. Cigarette smoke coming into the (non-smoking) room from neighbouring rooms. The fact that there was mold and limescale in the shower of a motel room, where frequent cleaning must be assumed, indicates that the cleaning of rooms were poor. This also indicated by patches of dusty carpet where a quick vacuum is difficult.

I find the surroundings of big trucks and truckers a bit intimidating. but The host was welcoming and made me feel safe in the motel.

The restaurant was closed, probably due to COVID19 but it was a surprise.

everything was ok we had a good night sleep

Easy access form motorway we stayed 1 night with sour Husky dog . I must say room was very clean and we didn’t hear noise from the motorway which is a bonus when you been driving for a long time and you need good night rest. Staff friendly no issues.
