Très bon séjour à l’hôtel Carla.

Un personnel très gentil et très aimable et qui a été arrangeant. Chambre propre et salle du petit déjeuner très joli. Très bon petit déjeuner.

Tvarkingas 3 žvaigždučių viešbutukas, labai geroj vietoj, malonus personalas ir labai švarus.

Vieta labai gera, netoli traukinių stoties, kas patogu keliauti po Cinkve Tere.Mašinai vieta taip pat buvo nemokamai.Pusryčiai taip pat geri.Labai švaru visur, labai malonus personalas.

Viskas patiko.

Good except for the shower

The hotel and room were clean, although the room quite small. However, it was very nice to have the small outside balcony. The check in was efficient and friendly, and the lady was very helpful with the local information, as well as helping me fax some documents. She certainly was a highlight of the hotel. The hotel itself was an easy walk to and from the center.

Awaking early the two mornings at the hotel I then decided to take a shower - however, nothing but, at best, tepid water. Later, the water was hot—- I guess now that they turn off the water heating at night and maybe not turn it on again until 06:30 or 07:00 in the morning.

Great hotel, lovely staff and in an ideal location. Would definitely recommend as great value for money.

The staff were just wonderful. They were Extremely helpful and nothing was too complicated, they gave great tips on how to get around, what to do in the area and where to avoid. The hotel itself is ideally located, clean and with a nice breakfast. I’d highly recommend!

The walls are quite thin so you can hear the neighbours/people in the lobby.

Very helpfull and polite staff, we got all information on trains and boats to Cinque Terre, they reserved a restaurant for us etc. Comfortable room, nice design. Very good dinner in the hotel. The hotel is close to the station and beachfront. Everything was perfect.

Hotel Carla's Stepping Stone to Cinque Terre

Staff (Laura/Chiara) at the front desk were extremely helpful and super friendly. They provided us with relative information about train and boat schedules, places that are a must to see, and what should be avoided. Breakfast was phenomenal and the staff was always cheerful and available for assistance or for special requests. The accommodations were spotless and a change of towels/linen everyday during our 3-night stay. Hotel Carla is also situated very close to most important amenities, such as restaurants and food markets, waterfront and train station. Levanto, although not part of the Cinque Terre protected area, is only a short train ride away from the 5 towns. Parking was not a problem, even though there's a cost associated with the "cartella" which by the way is paid to the municipality of Levanto. While there's no water-specific view from our second floor unit, it did have a balcony to relax on and to sip wine while overlooking the nearby hillsides. Pretty at night with the lights I might add.

A TV guide and a face cloth, but I'm just looking for something minor to say.

Hotel serves mimosas for breakfast

Breakfast with mimosas! Good location. We lost our train, but receptionist waited us till midnight.

We have booked three rooms, the one for 3 people were quite dirty and window was oriented to another window.

Wonderful staff. Very comfortable room. Nice atmosphere. We had trouble with a plug and that immediately called the electrician to fix it. Unusual as most hotels say yes we will fix that one day

The hotel has been renovated a while ago. It is nice and modern after the renovation. The versatility of the breakfast was a positive surprise. It was versatile and had bacon, scrambled eggs and fried eggs in addition to rolls and croissants. The hotel is located on a slope. It is uphill from the beach / center. But there is a downhill in the other direction :)

great stay at hotel Carla!

great facilities, breakfasts and the complimentary towels and bike rental were very handy

unfortunately on our last day there was a female staff member who was quite aggressive and kept going on about returning a car park slip. she mentioned it 4 times as we were either stupid or were going to steal a piece of plastic. pity really, it ended our stay in a downer.

Neat rooms, good atmosphere, nice breakfast buffet and friendly staff. The fact that bicycles were available to the hotel guest greatly improved our stay as the it allowed us to adventure to neighbouring cities idenpendently.

Great base for visiting the Cinque Terre, walking distance to the station and to the boat quay. Rooms not overly big, but clean and comfy. Very friendly and helpful reception staff. Good self-service breakfast options.
