Not much.
Uncomfortable bed. Outdated. Smell on the hallway. Terrible shower. Pipe clip nailed to the wall to hold shower hose. Floor creaking wherever you go. No AC. The place need to be closed down and renovated. Overpriced.

Great location. Clean. Very friendly and super helpful staff.
Can’t think of any.

Near bars and restaurants. Pool was nice 👌
Room was just OK good for one night

cheap, good location
bit run down

It was as advertised
Very few people staying there, it wasn't a good atmosphere.
3.5
Very clean ideal location to the town.
Nothing to fault.

Very friendly and helpful staff - the negative comments have nothing to do with the staff - they were lovely! Location of hotel also very suitable for where we wanted to visit.
I already knew the mattress was uncomfortable before making the booking but this time the mattress springs were really hurting my back. The hotel is tired and needs refurbishment, the kettle is so loud you can hear it when next door are boiling it. The toilet wouldn't flush properly (we were told it was due to an eco system) and for the last night we had water dripping down from the ceiling alongside the wall and by morning there was an enormous wet patch on the wall and the carpet was soaking - we were checking out that morning so didn't bother changing rooms. We've stayed at this hotel multiple times- but the facilities have not been updated so time to look for somewhere else next time.

Provision of kettle and coffee/tea facilities
There was no heating in the room and it took some time to get warm in bed. The cold water tap couldn't be turned on. Probably because it was out of season it wasn't worth putting the heating on.

The location was good. If you want somewhere inexpensive to put your head down in the centre of Bournemouth it’s great.
It’s very dated overall but the bathroom was unpleasant. There was only a hand held shower & no shower curtain so it was impossible to have a shower.
3.5
Great location, staff were really friendly and helpful and such a bonus to have a pool.
There were no plug sockets near the bed and the restaurant was closed.

Price and location. Quiet
A bit dated

The location and pool all be a bit cold but was good for my sun burn
Paying £15 for parking for arriving 4 hours before check in....to top it off i damaged my bumper on a low lying wall...silly me for choosing the end space but felt like a kick in the teeth after we paid ott for parking and room because of the heatwave
Shower really made my wife angry because it took 5-7 minutes to heat up and ran like a dribble
3.5
The room was comfortable but the tv was minute.
The website advertises free breakfast but we’re told there was no breakfast included in our booking. There was no where on the booking to choose to include or exclude breakfast.

This place is a little gem! Such a great location, lovely revamp, really nice staff and the room and bathroom was spotless.
3.5
Lift and large room
Power of water affected lack of shower enjoyment
3.5
Clean room with bath as requested.
Very sparse supply of coffee and milk
Although not the hotels fault - Booking.Com do not make it clear breakfast not available this requires ordering before 4pm for the next day. Also they mention a bar and alfresco dining, restaurant - the bar did not manned and no menu for restaurant. We did not order the breakfast as at £15 each was a lot on top of the room charge.
Very noisy room at front where you could hear the traffic and shouting outside

price
no bar ,uncomfortable bed . squeaky floorboards. lack of staff presence. small room, smaller bathroom and terrible shower.
on a busy road so loud traffic

nice spacious room, clean, great location. appreciate that the front door locks at night as made me feel safe as a woman travelling alone.
quite a noisy location but I didn’t mind

location
very tired looking, and the shower was dreadful. No shower screen or curtain.

I didn't like it. It doesn't feel like a hotel.
There's no swimming pool, it's stated in a hidden way to be tricked by a lot of non English speakers. We have called the hotel few times to make sure everything is in place, we also left a message for call back but we couldn't get through to anyone. We booked it for 2 nights, the weather was lovely but my children were so depressed and we checked out after one night. We couldn't stay there for the two nights we have paid for! We drove for 5 hours to this hotel and ended up driving back the night after! This was the worst trip ever.

clean room
poor shower - slightly more than a trickle

Location, friendly and helpful staff

Good basic clean accommodation. Easy walking distance to many many restaurants & beach. Free parking.

Parking!
The hotel is dated and you have to walk on your tiptoes so the floor doesn't make noise otherwise you will disturb the whole hotel!
The shocking part of the stay was the cleanese of the towels! Unfortunately, my mum didn't check the towel before using it and only after she came out of shower I looked at it and I had to quickly throw it off her! (I can't even describe what was on it 😷😷).
My poor mum was feeling sick once she has seen it she couldn't relax the whole day, specaily not knowing what could have been on her body!) Also we found insects in the bed!
I don't want to sound negative, but I will never think to stay here again or even recommend it to anyone.
The 2nd room booked was okesh, but tea and coffee was nt stocked for the 2nd day! Mattress was so bad quality!
Staff in reception are friendly, but I need to speak to the manager to report the towel issue! Still can't get hold of him!
3.5
The shower was very good and hot water
The decor was awful, bed lumpy, sink and toilet damaged and dirty. Looks like it hasn't been updated for 50 years.
3.5
The location, the beds, and the size of the rooms
The staff on the dayshift was really rude, the rooms were not clean, dusty, and with hair in the shower. There was some unpleasant smell across the floors
3.5
Proximity to beach and bar we were visiting
One mirror filled whole wall in bathroom.... opposite the toilet!! Weird

the price was good
location, very tired everywhere needs up dating , why advertise a bar when it’s never open?
3.5
Very clean room, comfy bed. Great price and in the centre of Bmouth. Safe free parking was a bonus too 👌

basic hotel, clean warm room. when we visited I think we were the only guests. staff were friendly and welcoming at check in, but were never seen again, which wasn’t a problem as room etc. was all in good order. it was perfect for our needs, somewhere to sleep after a night out. I would definitely stay again and for the super reasonable price I had nothing to complain about
I felt like an extra from the shining
