The ability to check in early
Rooms were in poor condition and the ac was not in the best working order, also food selections weren't very good.
5.0
I didn't have breakfast, but I'm sure it would have been excellent.
The toilet wasn't flushing well, other than that, everything was just fine.
1.5
Comfortable bed. Hot water. Good water pressure.
Terrible wifi. No modern USB connector in room. Very dirty, especially corners and walls. Elevators terrible (waited 15 minutes for elevators in the morning during breakfast).
1.0
The location
The staff were rude and unhelpful as well as overcharging me for minute necessities. blood on the inside of the blanket as well, and the rooms are outdated.
4.5
Nice view from the room. Staff is nice, lobby it is beautiful and room service did a great job.
The room and the facilities are little old. Breakfast not included in the booking

We felt lost at the beginning because only few people spoke English. After when we saw Carlos he actually changed our mood. HE WAS VERY VERY VERY GOOD TO US AND EXTREMELY HELPFUL which then same applies to Nizar and Dandis. We know pple are very busy but these 3 made an effort to listen to us and made us Comfortable. The other guys in the kitchen its a pity we can't remember their names but they were also very nice regardless of how busy they were. ANOTHER THING WE ACTUALLY CAME THERE FOR A SWIMMING POOL AND LEFT ALL THE OTHER HOTELS BUT SURPRISINGLY THE SWIMMING POOL WAS NOT WORKING. I THINK YOU SHOULD WRITE IN BOLD LETTERS THAT THE SWIMMING POOL IN WINTER DOESN'T WORK OR JUST REMOVE THE PICTURES OF THE SWIMMING POOL IN WINTER BECAUSE I DONT THINK IM THE ONLY ONE WHO COMPLAIN ABOUT THIS. The rooms were a bit clean but the carpets are now very old and need changing. Thank you for your hospitality 🙏
The view from our room was fantastic. All the guys from the kitchen and the food was good.

There was no breakfast available! Not even a bottle of water when we asked and very late at night when everything was closed. The staff wasn’t accommodating at all!!☹️
The rooms are not well cleaned. Even the beds are not done properly everyday. We should be able to have at least water in the rooms. And the staff can be more understanding and accommodating especially on Shabbat.

The thermostat in both rooms we were given didn’t work.

the beds are so comfortable and there was a nice big window. the room is overall really nice and good for the price.
the bathroom is very outdated. the clerk was arguing with me and trying to charge me for something i didn’t need to pay for… other than that, he was very nice and the room is very nice for the price.

,Room size, hot shower , watergood parking
The cleanliness is terrible, stains on the sheets, hair in the bathroom and bed, also dust everywhere on the sofa and under the bed, not suitable for asthma sufferers, the furniture is very old and uncomfortable to use, the curtains let in sunlight which disturbs the sleep which is basically uncomfortable on this The bed and you may feel a lack of privacy, the room is large but
the bathroom is very small
for a day trip it is expensive because it does not offer the expected for the money
