Helpful staff, great location but ok stay

Helpful and friendly staff which was the best part of the hotel. It's at a great location on a pedestrian street. Uber/Taxi will drop you off right at the hotel corner. Hotel is equipped with elevator. Stored our luggage when we arrived early before check-in time. Our room overlooked the busy street but heard no sound inside the room. Powerful air conditioning.

No guest washroom to use if you arrive early. We stayed for 4 days and there was no cleaning. Room was clean at check-in but dated. No outlet near the bed, the only one available was near the floor in an odd location. Travelling all over Poland and Baltics, this place had the worst Wifi. Brought it to the staff's attention but I think this is a known issue depending on where your room is located. We relied on our phone data throughout our stay. The queen bed had 2 side by side mattresses that did not fit the bed frame properly and kept sliding off the bed.

Bekvämt, prisvärt boende med enastående läge

Fantastiskt läge i staden. Sängarna var bekväma och det var en fördel att man kunde öppna fönstret för att få frisk luft. Det var även trevligt att det var högt i tak

Det fanns nästan bara polska TV-kanaler samt att det kunde finnas en engelsk översättning hur man kunde koppla telefonen till TV:n för att titta på Netflix t.ex.

enjoyed my stay and woukd stay here again.

the location but my room wasn’t noisy even Bering in the heart of the old town. Helpful staff, facilities good and good price.

my room was a bit hot even with air con on. it was in the attic so got heated up by sun from the sky lights. having said that there was a heat wave at the time so not sure how often that happens!

Nearby bars and nightlife is quite busy in the later hours. Which isn't a bad thing if that what you're looking for.

Based on the booking details, I expected some kind of guesthouse, but this is in fact a full hotel right in the center of the old Town. Extremely good value for money.

Good location, but way too noisy to get a good night sleep.

1st floor facing the street - SO LOUD as we people were exiting the bars/restaurants. 2 beds put together to form one, not comfortable at all. Stayed for 3 nights and not once was the room cleaned/tidied up (no coffee refills, run out of shower gel/shampoo, no clean towels…)…

Great location. The main attractions of the city are nearby. The staff is friendly. The room is excellent. If you come by car, I advise you to use the underground parking.
