Breakfast was delicious! They have lots of options for a great breakfast. The location is veeery convenient. It is just 5 minutes walking from downtown Cusco.
When I book this hotel, at the end of payment process, it said that taxi service from the airport it is included for free. They asked me for my flight details and contact info. When I arrived to Cusco, I received the email confirmation about the designated taxi driver but the taxi never came. I call him, I called the taxi company and I called so many times to the phone of the hotel that appears here in Booking and they never answered. I finally found one number on internet but was very very hard to find. When they finally answered me, they told me that they don't have any taxi service booked for me. Apparently it was a services provided by Booking but was link to my hotel reservation but they weren't aware of that. They kindly offered me a taxi service in that moment but we preferred to take a different taxi that were lining up at the airport to arrive asap. The gentleman who was on the front desk was very polite and he listened to all the details about what happened and he suggested that we should always confirm with the hotel about their services, just to double check.

Great location, right next door to the machu pichu museum and 2 minute walk to the main square. Staff were helpful and moved us to a larger room so our baby’s cot would fit. Breakfast was simple but good, fresh scrambled eggs, avo, toast and cereals etc.

Great location if you dont want to be hiking up the cusco hills to your room. We stayed here on the 3rd leg of our trip and it was fine. Great location.
Bed was uncomfortable

the location was excellent and the lady who served breakfast was super friendly
we asked the night receptionist to book us an extra night which she made a note of. however it turned out she hadn’t done so and there were no rooms left.

great service! we were assigned to a room with no window and due to the altitude sickness, we try to ask for a room with windows for better air circulation. and the staff was so nice to help us. the location is also prefect with 3mins walking distance to the main square

The bedroom was comfortable and good size. The staff is friendly and helpful, and it is very close to the main plaza
We felt a little bit hot as there wasn't enough air coming in the bedroom.

It was directly located in the historic center of Cusco
The walls were very thin

location. near the aquere without the need to climb any stairs..
the staff went up and beyond to help us. locating service providers for tours, help us secure rooms as we had to leave and come back ( going to a multi day tours outside of Cusco).
great breakfast
free drinking water and tea
you should ask for romms which does not face the street as it might be a bit noisy

Absolutely great hotel.Room was neatly clean and safe.Breakfast was delicious and customer service was amazing.I love the quiet neighbourhood of Santa Catalina which was 5 min away from the main square in Cuzco. My special thanks to Eduardo who let me stay in this same room when I’ve extended my reservation.

Amazing location just a around the corner of the plaza de armas. They provide me with a map to walk to saqsaywaman which it’s not far from the hotel.

Wonderful location! Excellent breakfast!!! Stuff were all friendly and accomodating. We stayed one night and came back for 2 more. The luggage we left behind was already in our room. Shower is good. Lots of hot water and good pressure
All was great!!!

The location was fantastic, really close to Plaza de Armas. The breakfast was charming with a lot of fruits, dairy, and eggs. The best thing about this hotel is the people who attend you (reception, breakfast, cleaning) they are the best asset of this hotel. If I go back to Cusco, I will choose this hotel again.
Nothing that I can think of.

-perfect location next to Plaza des Armas
-nice breakfast
-comfortable large room with warm blankets
-we had a late check-out (but it was not oblivious to negotiate it)
-loud music from a bar next door
-wi-fi didn’t work half of the time in the our room

great location, comfortable, staff was helpful and even provided breakfast outside of designated times and also laundry services
10.0
The hotel looks premium and is very clean. Hot water and coca te are always avaliable.
If you don't like the noise, write to the hotel so that they give you a suite that it's far from the façade. The rooms that are near the façade let in all the noise of he street.

The location is amazing, only a block away from the main plaza.
internet was spotty and slow. door is boarded up at night.

Normal decent hotel, good beds
Their creditcard machine charged us another 4% and said it was our problem - receptionist refused to give any compensation. Bad customer service
8.0
Excellent location within short walk from the main square, Plaza de Armas.
Very good breakfast available from 5.30am to 9.30am
We were not given the room that we booked when we arrived and had to change rooms the following day which took unnecessary time to re-pack everything.
The check-out time is 9am which is very inconvenient and is strange considering that breakfast is served until 9.30am. I suggest the management re-thinks this policy and adopts a more regular checkout time - 11am or 12 noon.
The toilet seat in both rooms we used would not stay up for a man to pee.
6.0
good breakfast and good location
check out is at 9… breakfast is until 9:30. There are many better hotels for cheaper in the area and that don’t have a ridiculously early check out time. also we had 2 rooms and neither of them had a view, both rooms had windows looking inside the hotel.
