A great base to explore Kokura from!

Great location, lovely staff, spacious rooms, and comfy beds.

It’s quite expensive to use the pool.

Exceptional

The view!!! Spectacular! Even though the day was rainy and horrible the view was superb and I got to watch sunrise too so was pretty happy (I'm a very light sleeper). Also i love watching trains so was happy to see shinkansen coming and going from the station too. The staff allowed me to check in early even though it is almost impossible in Japan! So kudos for that 👏. Staff was very nice and friendly and the room. It is right next to the translation, just use the bridge. 1000%recommend. I want to be back to Kokura again when the weather will be nicer so will definitely choose the same hotel again

Superb

In Japan I like to have my Hotel close to the train station. The train station area is always safe and offers plenty of infrastructure (food towers, shopping, subway and train connections.

I payed a lot of money but we cannot use the pool, sauna, gym and 27th floor.

Nice experience and the check-in/out process was amazingly easy.

The location was very nice and the staff members were extremely polite and helpful.

The price for a room was a bit expensive. Can you provide people who stayed at your facilities with a coupon for a reduced room rate, which may entice them to return for another stay?

we were a little early for check in but the counter staff accommodated our request to check in. the arranged for the bags to be delivered to the room.

Very close to the station so convenient with suitcases. Staff is very nice and moved suitcase up for us.

not worth what you were paying for avoid at all costs

none, I am sorry to say that.

They asked for extra charges of JPY4,000 for checking in at 11:00 am in the morning, which I declined. The overall staff were not helpful nor flexible, which is a shame for me to attend a meeting.

Great hotel but breakfast was over priced

The hotel room was not huge but spacious enough. Very nice window view. A very decent hotel afterall.

The breakfast was just fine, normal hotel buffet standard, not as good as it was described online. It certainly didn't worth 2900 JPY.

Friendly staff, very convenient and clean

very close to the station. Friendly staff. clean rooms. the view was fantastic.

the rooms facilities were a little dated - there wasn’t a system for venting the air, so after a shower the whole room became steamy. kids were disappointed that we couldn’t use the pool for free.

I have stayed this hotel. Famous and Beautiful Night view to Yahata Metal Plants in Japan Sometime I use SPA. Very Cheap.
