Decepcionado

Solamente la ubicación es buena, las instalaciones decentes y las habitaciones demasiado pequeñas y además había cucarachas por lo que mi esposa y yo no pudimos ni descansar por el miedo a que se nos subieran a la cama(aclaro que la habitación estaba limpia).

Fuite du lavabo dans la salle de bain. Joints de douches manquants donc eau au sol à la sortie de la douche.

Too much like a hostel

The location was right across from the amphitheater steps. It was nice to get out for a walk. The breakfast was nice as were the staff.

This place reminded me a hostels of years past. It was definitely bare bones. The room smelled of some weird disinfectant, but when we opened the windows to air it out the noise from the road was awful. It was also cold but we had to ask to get a blanket and some towels. There was no hot water in the shower. The pictures on the web site show a much nicer place. But for one night it was ok. There are much nicer places to stay in.

La ubicación es buena pero si no hay estacionamiento si se camina algo para la pensión, deberían hacer esa referencia

Los chicos de recepción no tienen la información al 100% de los horarios de la pensión, si lo cubre el hotel, hasta que hora, etc.

Clean and the location was excellent. Staff were friendly and helpful. Rooftop terrace is fantastic.

The staff are amazingly kind and helpful. It is a great value.

No AC in my room. However, as soon as I opened a window and turned on the ceiling fan, the room became comfortable in spite of the muggy heat outside.

Nice roof-terrace with bar, good beds, good location, good wifi, helpfull staff (the one who speaks english), arranges tours, free watertank

It was a comfortable place to just rest at night if you will be out and about most of your trip.

I liked the location because its a 5 minute walk to the temple of Santo Domingo and the public transportation passes right out side which takes you to various places around the city for an inexpensive price.

I didn't like how the light of my room was very dim, my shower door would get stuck everytime I showered and the TV signal didn't connect in the three days therefor I couldn't watch anything on the tv.

Do NOT stay here!!!

The early check-in.

If there was the possibility to give ZERO, I would. Dirty rooms (long black hair everywhere) very noisy, people talking and chatting in the hall and floor until late (1:00 am). Our bathroom was not working (impossible to rinse in the shower, sink’s drain not working at all). I complained and they gave me a screwdriver to fix the problem - INSANE!! Also, only one of the lights in the bedroom was working. Then finally they understood (after my third complaint) and gave me a new room (without air conditioning even if my booking included air conditioning). The guy at the reception during night hours was very unpleasant and unhelpful. To complete this nightmare, after my stay they deleted my booking from booking.com saying that I did not show up (booking.com contacted me to understand this situation, I am still in communication to solve this problem). Unfortunately for this place I have proof of payment in my credit card bill, for Parador Crespo “Hotel”. RIDICOLI. This is not a hotel, this is actually a HOSTEL or even worse. How is it possible that this place 8 out of 10? La più INDECENTE accommodation of my life.

It was a really nice trip, even with the problems in the beginning, the staff turned it around for us.

The location, the view and the staff were incredible!!

When I arrived I got a room that was right next to the street, the night was one of my worsts ever. The road is one of the main ones so there are many many buses passing through all the time. The temperature was also an issue because the room didn’t have any air conditioner and there was no way to keep the window closed! Thankfully for the next night I asked for a different room and they were really kind and fast to give us a solution, after that the nights were great, and we also had air conditioner.

Location was brilliant. Room was a good size and bed was comfy.

The room was next to a main road so was quite noisy even when windows were closed.

Comfortable hotel for good price

Location and staff were excellent.

Bathroom wasn’t super clean (clumps of hair in the shower when we arrived) but that’s my only minor complaint and the staff, location and price made up for it.
