Proximity to Fermo and the sea are a big plus. Nice pool, friendly staff, Air conditioning was a bless. Breakfast is better than in most places, and increasing the amount of healthy / savory options would make it better. Some kids in the pool wrecked our daughters inflatable unicorn when we weren't there but the agriturismo replaced it for us (which they weren't responsible for offcourse).
Overall everything was fine. Beds are a bit short (we're 188 & 192cm) but that counts for most beds in Italy.

The restaurant and the food was wonderfull
The beds are not so good. They are very hard, mine back hurts
And the cars drive very hard at the road next to the roon, it is very noisy in the room

- very delicious food, a lot of locals have dinner at the restaurant which is always a good sign
- big and nice pool
- very friendly staff
- Close to fermo, but still in the countryside ("in the nature" feeling)
- the rooms are not very well isolated against noise, that means if you want to go to bed early and don't have a good sleep that might be problematic
- we had problems with the wifi, however the staff was able to provide help

Place very nice and in line with photos. There is a very nice restaurant and swimming pool. Camera was clean and comfortable. Wifi quite good. Air conditioned good and necessary in July because of the temperature. Fermo is also very close so location is perfect for visit the city.
