Muy bien todo. Volvería .

Desayuno excelente . Variado. El servicio del personal realmente muy bueno.

Deben poner más atención a la limpieza de las ducha del baño. Se nots poco detalle en las juntas de las baldosas tanto de las paredes como del piso donde se acumula suciedad .

Fabulous

I loved this hotel. We had just done a big trek so to be able to chill out in this hotel was perfect. Great food. Very comfortable bed, so many helpful staff. There was a choice of 5 swimming pools and it was on a beach. Beautiful sunsets which we could see from our balcony.

Momento de angustia

Playa privada, la zona de la piscina muy agradable.

La tarjeta con la que se abre la puerta se quedo atascada, se demoraron mucho en solucionarnos, nos pedian hacer el check out inmediatamente y nosotros sin poder ingresar para alistarnos y sacar nuestras cosas, casi perdemos el vuelo.

Nice place with bad service

The place looks very nice and everything is very clean. The rooms are also very spacious

The staff often made empty promises which became an annoying reoccurance. We asked them to do certain things and although they said yes to it, they never did and just never came back on it.

It was great until my wife got sick due to the fish at minca restaurant. The fish was nasty.

Awesome Hotel. The pools area were nice.

My Wife got sick due to a fish she eat at restaurant Minca. The Fish was OLD and i asked waiter and he confirmed.

Very good

the fastest room service we’ve ever experienced.

the hotel is a bit outdated & needs to have maintenance done in general things like AC and fans there are lots of cracks on the balconies and most sliding doors don’t lock properly.

I’ll go back for sure

the staff was friendly most of them around some it was ok

key didn’t work after a day and we had to go 2 times to get it fixed. and we didn’t have water so we had to buy which took a bit long but was ok check out was 12 but at 11 they reset the key so shouldn’t be like that therefore we did check out late thanks they didn’t say anything. buffet we didn’t have it one day because very early they took it.

A huge Nightmare

We had to change 3 times the room in a 4 night stay. 2 of the rooms had the security box without batteries, so every time I had to wait 30 minutes for someone to come to fix it. Also all the rooms had lights not working, so the rooms were dark. It was a nightmare to stay there. I arrived late to my own wedding party due to all these problems changing the room and with the security boxes and the time that they took fixing all the problems

Big disappointment, it is not 5 stars resort.

The location in front of the beach is beautiful. the staff was very friendly.

some of the facilities are older and with out good maintenance. The policy of the jacuzzi is just a signal on the wall, you cannot access to the service. The staff at the reception, restaurant and bar don’t speak English. When you are on the beach and you want to drink or eat something, each time the staff service you, the hotel charge the amount of service room. If your room have direct access to the beach be aware because you can have a big party through the night. Remember, when you do the check in, you should to pay at front the total of your reservation.

Beach and pool facilities are very nice

Food service was below our standards. Poor presentation of dishes, quality of food below average considering the hotel category. Didn’t like at all the Sushi at the 17th floor restaurant.

nice time but the hotel needs to put more effort on some things.

some staff was amazing. The suites are big and comfortable. The pools are really good. Zubolera is a cool place to have fun. Staff in general, are open to serve.

Not very kind to pregnant women. My wife (4 month pregnant) was not allowed to the Jacuzzis. check in at 4pm is a mess. The kids zone is nice but a little isolated. They could have a zone for babys. No diaper changing station in bathrooms!!!! wifi in roms was on and off. During an event over the weekend, seats on restaurant were prioritized for them. There is a band of thieves in the beach. They camouflage as sellers. We saw in just days, how they operate and managed to steal a phone from te tempts.
