Decepcionante. Mala relación calidad-precio.

Lo mejor que tiene el lugar es su ubicación, de resto me parece bastante deficiente para lo que cuesta. Lo llaman un hotela boutique, pero de esto no tiene nada. Es un hotel de calidad media-baja, si el precio fuese acorde con esto creo que las personas no estarían decepcionadas.

Las instalaciones nos parecieron decepcionantes. Nuestra habitación en el primer piso, detrás del bar, se escuchaba el ruido. Las camas no eran muy cómodas, y el baño tenía un olor muy feo, además de una fuga de agua (quizás por mala impermeabilización), cada vez que se usaba la ducha. La reserva no era reembolsable, así que lamentablemente a pesar de nuestra decepción nos tuvimos que dar allí.

Most Horrible stay anywhere of my life. Couldn't get a soft drink or beer for 24 hours

Seeing a friend or two

Inflated prices, also was denied simple service of food and beverages. Could not get a coke or beer the Santorini villa was shut down for me also i was ambushed and verbally assaulted by staff. I was demanded to wear a mask to enter but nocustomers had any on.i was not made to wear a mask for check in Imagineillions of dollars for the hotel and would not provide food or any drinks for 24 hours. Last stay the tv tubes were blown up Also had to walk by piles of garbage to go eat place was horrible stinking nasty ..the whole foyer would fill with water each time it rained. I was a long-term repeat customer I'll never stay there again . Geez would not provide me a simple soft drink or any food for 24 hours i had to leave the resort . Horrible. Beware don't waste your money it looks like it's being used to milk people . Couldn't get a beer at Santorini villas 24 hours after i was told lunch and dinner was available. Bad bad bad :( and there was no instructions on the safe also the safe wasn't secured someone could just carry it off.

the hotel is a bad 4 star hotel

the hotel has a facility right in front of the beach with AC, bathrooms and restaurant and service to the guests at the beach

the property needs maintenance and remodeling some staff need training the staff in the breakfast buffet need training and good manners with the guests. we were told many times that we already had been served and we had not been served!!!! even though it is a buffet and the guests should be allowed to repeat what ever they want!! not friendly at all !!! the tents at the beach front at taken away at 5 pm using the excuse that at 6 pm the beach should be clear

Watch out at the reception. Remember to demand to be charged in Pesos!!!! Noisy construction in the area. Rooms with no windows (theoretically, we got one that is more like a basement window).
