Location

Breakfast was not continental like shown in picture. Room had walls all broken There is no day light in the room at all Staff is ok ok they do there job but can't speak English well and if u ask a question they ask 100 question on that 😂 Broken shower and stuff common they charged a whooping 900$ for the stay and gave less also food was so so

everything was perfect. its my second time staying here. location is near to everything and the beach. housekeeping is good at their job. front desk is friendly. will always stay here whenever I come to busan. my husband enjoyed it too!

Beautiful spacious rooms, lovely staff and in a great location

Hotel is modern and very spacious rooms. Located very close to the main street of Haeundae where there are lots of restaurants and activities.

Comfortable stay at JB Design Hotel with perfect location at Haeundae Beach in Busan!

The receptionists were very friendly and nice. They always greeted us and made our stay very lovely. A big thank you to them! Our room was big, there were big windows, big comfortable beds, a bathtub, and a small room with a fridge, a hanger for clothing, a table, and a chair. The location of the hotel is perfect, since it is only a few minutes walk to Haeundae Beach as well as to the subway station. There are many bars, cafés, and restaurants nearby. As a vegan, I could easily find restaurants offering vegan food nearby. We had a lovely stay!

Great Haeundae central hotel

My high review score is accurate, one thing to mention here is that the breakfast is actually cheaper than stated on booking.com. It is 7,000 won per person, which is more like $5.30, not 8 dollars per person. For what you get, that is a very good price. It could be twice that price and still be worth it. Full spread buffet, in a rooftop restaurant. All pictures are accurate and reflect well what you get at this hotel.

No pots or pans for cooking, no microwave. I am not sure what Koreans use the stovetop in these rooms for, if there is nothing with which to cook. No other complaints. Would stay again.

overall, would be more than willing to stay again. but the bathroom odor really needs to be addressed

close to transportation and just 10 min walk to the beach. breakfast was good as they changed the menu everyday, but was slightly limited

the bathroom had a particular odor that was very off putting. sometime it was there and sometimes it was not

it’s a 2star hotel (not 3), but remains decent smoke smell on the room laundry room is very noisy if your room is nearby staff not nice and they don’t speak English.

Great staff and great location. we stayed on the 10th floor and got a partial sea view!

Location and value for money was great. Three minutes to the beach and 2 minutes to trains and buses.

Breakfast could have been better.

Great location w/ spacious room

Location was great, lots of food options in walking distance, very safe 👍 so much to do in the area. Room was very spacious, bathroom was like being at a spa.

Unclean, old, dusty, noisy

The hotel is located in a central area. The reception was helpful to help with taxis and to answer my questions. The sheets were at least clean. I have nothing else positive to say about this building since I am very disappointed.

The room was extremely dusty when I arrived. I asked the reception to clean the room (because the "clean my room" sign outdoor was also broken). They did, but still, it was not deep cleaning. The furniture are very old, there are many traces on the wall of insects... The shower floor is broken and a little inclined so the water goes into the whole bathroom when you shower. There is construction around, a new neighbour building that is being constructed at the moment. Very expensive for what it is.

Poor

It was in a nice area, pretty much close to the places I wanted to go to. the staff was great, they were very helpful and kind.

I’m sick because of the place. So at first I thought it was just poor ventilation and I couldn’t open the window during the day because of the noise from construction. I then requested to be moved to a side where I’d be able to open the window and not be affected by the noise as much. The room also had a ventilation problem. I never closed the window through my entire stay there. But that was useless because the window only opened to about 10cm and could not open beyond that, so I did not get much air in. When I went to the shower I saw mold on the sealing 🥴👀, but I didn’t read too much into it. I started getting sick but didn’t read too much into it, until I told a friend about the situation because I was now trying to stay out longer so that I don’t have to stay in the hotel room, then she reminded me that I have had allergic reactions to mold. That’s when I understood why my chest was tightening, but by then I still had a night to go. So, the ventilation problem with the mold, made my stay there uncomfortable. The buffet breakfast was also not great.

Cheap price, good value. Simple amenities but all you need for a short stay. Comfy bed and nice bedding. The room was much bigger than expected. Very close to Haeundae station.

This hotel is worn and it was very dusty and dirty in some areas in my room. The bed, linens and bathroom was clean so it was fine, but in the corners, around the aircon etc was very dirty.

. The location is excellent

The hotel room wasn't clean properly. The filter of the AC was not cleaned/replaced. When I put the AC on, fine dust filled the air and irritated my eyes. The mirrors wasn't cleaned properly as well. The wall underneath the face basin was dirty too. Dirt lines was seen. I brought this under the attention of the front desk person. It just so happened that the owner ofthe property was there. My comaints wasn't well received. He offered to get it cleaned in a few minutes and told me to wait in my room for the cleaning staff. I went to my room and the owner arrived within a few minutes with one person to clean. He i formed me that the croom will not be cleaned as it was the end of their shift. He then also said that he will give me the chance to look for a different hotel to stay and left. I try looking for a room but couldn't find any availability. It this time I went down to the front desk and inform the owner about me not able to find alternative accommodation. He then offered that I can move to a different room the next day
