La ubicación. Camas cómodas. Agua caliente. El personal amable.
Falta donde colgar las toallas en el baño.
Demasiada austera la decoración.
Falta un poco de Mantenimento en la recepción y puerta de entrada.

Comfortable, friendly place in a good location. We were on the main floor, and I assumed it might be noisy, but we slept well... the fan might have helped. Great rooftop, and the staff was very friendly and helpful.
Nada

Walking distance to Oaxaca center.
Room cleaned daily with fresh water bottles and towels
The sink was in the mainroom to make toilet and shower fit in the tiny tiny bathroom.
Roof terrace had constructed ongoing and couldn’t be used.

The room is very spacious with plenty of room for my luggage and stuff. Staff was helpful.
The bathroom wasn't clean- certain areas were dusty. The room doesn't really have any view so lighting could be poor.

Un Sueno is a sweet little hotel, a bit off the beaten path but that's why I chose it. It's quiet, clean and comfortable. The staff is super friendly and helpful and the bed was the most comfortable I've slept in in all of Mexico! Just a short walk to the city center and lots of food and drink nearby. A great value and when I visit Oaxaca again I will definitely try to book a room here!
Nothing, really. No complaints.

Good bed and the room was big enough.
Missed many small things (small lamp, hooks for towels etc.). For that price it was quite poorly equipped.
And the room at the stairs is quite noisy, when people pass. You hear everything. Even the room door is not really separate you from the hall and the yard.

decent price for a single traveler during high season.
just very basic, but clean. No bells and whistles like a coffee maker, which would have been handy since nothing opens very early in Oaxaca.

Everything was great, nice location and very clean

It was very clean and the beds were good. I slept very well. The shower was the best- great pressure, great size, nice tile. I also liked the closet set up.
There is an opportunity to have a small space downstairs in the courtyard for non-smokers to relax and meet others outside of their rooms. I felt I couldn't spend time on the roof since that was where the smokers are allowed to go. I can't go there because I'm allergic to cigarette smoke.

Cozy atmosphere, close enough to shops, bars and restaurants. The staff is very kind and helpful and the facilities are well maintained.

Love the location. On a quiet street just north of busy historic area. Simple, clean facilities. Bed perfect. They did my laundry which was wonderful. Nice hammock on the roof top. Beautiful views of sunrise. Nice courtyard in the lobby.
They need more hammocks! The late night guests can be noisy.

clean, quiet, 15 min walk to the zocalo or el centro, eateries nearby
No AC, nor mini fridge, walls are thin, staff forget to mention a few details about the tours, example drop off and closed tour sites

Wasn’t too far away from the main city centre. There is a nice close market. The space is big and generally easy to find too! would recommend. Water was also available for free too!
At dark, it can feel a little less safe, although the area is generally quite safe. There is no hairdryer

good central position
Definitely not a 3 stars hotel!
The room had a very rundown outlook. bedsheets were dirty (stained and with hairs of previous guests). I asked to change them and they did it immediately; new bedsheets were clean but stained, I was told that they had been washed but stains remained, which means they are not washing the lines with high temperatures (not hygienic and not acceptable for a hotel of this price category)

Quiet clean and well located place
Hotel closes at midnight and you have to make a phone call to go in

Lots of practical details such as a soap dish by the sink, toothbrush cup, standing fan, shelf in the shower, bedside lamp, and blackout curtains. It's also close to the artisan street and evening pedestrian street down to the zocalo. Great food market nearby.
The staff was efficient, but not warm and friendly.
2.0 / 5.0
The rooms are located around a noisy patio where all echoes, with poor insolation. You feel like you are having a night with the other rooms and the staff, who of course start chatting early in the morning. And it's a little outside the centre, staff is slow to open the door at night, and no paking. It's way over priced for what it is, youll find much better options in Oaxaca!

Clean and spacious room. Beautiful roof terrace. Friendly staff.
We got a room on the ground floor at the street side which was a bit loud and people passing by could look in. No mosquito protection. However, overall good value for the price.
