The shower water pressure was great. For the price we paid was good.
For starters I thought it was on the ground floor only to have to walk up 2 flights of stairs and with two knees needing to be replaced not good. The room smelt really bad not sure if it was chemical smell but not nice. There was no face washers and when asked for some still didnt get any. The shower really needed a screen on it as the toilet was very close to the shower. No lamps in the room. Also cutting down on stuff in the room not a great idea.

The staff were lovely to deal with, the beds were so comfty and the location was right near the shops and not to far from Barossa. Meals at the pub were yummy and the cleaners looked after us knowing we had a family of five staying by making sure had extra towels, shampoo etc. Lived that they provided bottled of water and breakfast packs.
I was told they would try get the cleaners to do something special for my sisters birthday but when I got there no one seemed to know about it which was fine but would of preferred to be told they don’t do anything like that. Sheets and blankets were not cleaned properly as had stains that looked fresh but when I told the staff they apologised. Bathroom was small and could do with an update but was clean. I would definitely stay again

Room was spacious and very clean
The room smelled of smoke which made it difficult for the asthma sufferers in the group

The room was fine
The staff were rude and made it known other people were more important & made it known they would Not send anyone at anytime to help us with our issue with the TV.. So we had Nothing else to do so we had to go to bed early and found the room we booked (which had changed itself to a more expensive room that wasn't ordered. I think because I booked online) became a total waste of money and time!! Not to mention the room was exactly the same as a cheaper room!! I felt Very ripped off!!

The cleanliness, the room layout, the bathroom.
Nothing you can do about it, but the stairs did not feel safe.
Pity there was no toaster and I did report that there was no plug in the bathroom basin.
