GOod price per value

Near central train & bus station. Close to the old city center. The staff is kind & helpful.

I happened to arrive in a warm day. AC took a while to cool down the room.

Гарне співвідношення ціна/якість і зручне розташування

Дуже зручне розташування, є сніданки, можна було залишити валізи до кінця дня👍

Поруч церква, яка з 6 ранку починає бити в дзвони і спати не можливо, це нам не сильно заважало, бо й так треба було рано вставати. Щось сталося з проводкою у ванній і не працював фен.

Nomer ņepondravilsja voobše( mansard s maļeņkim okošečkom),tak kak v nomere po sredi komnati bil stolb- to eto uže minus,spuskatsa v nomer nado bilo po stupeņkam (otkrivaješ dverj v nomer i spuskaješsja po stupeņkam v komnatu),v komnote ņebila ņi odnogo stula,v tuaļete ņet vitežki,sloman duš,televizor smogļi vkļučitj toļko s admiņistratorom.Tak kak u nas bila toļko odna noč,to smiriļisj no voobše nomer ņepondravilsja.V nomere kružki v raznoboj,kofe čaj na odnogo čeloveka po paketiku(hotja dvuhmesnij nomer:)........Cena visokaja -90 eur za odnu noč.

Good stay.

The room was small but as I stayed alone and only for one night it was okay! Breakfast was okay too. There were not so many other people staying in the hotel so it was not too loud to sleep. Soap in the bathroom, water boiler.

The light in the hallway kept going on and off all the time through the night even no one was there. I could hear it clicking and of course through the doors "class stripes" I saw the light. That was annoying. Bed is hard but for me it was okay.

Great cost benefit close to train station and old town

Very well located, good cost/benefit, practical breakfast, silence at night

Shower installation. The box is quite small and the way it is made is prone to leave the bathroom wet. The lights were oscillating

День в Кракові

Локація: недалеко від вокзалу і центру міста, до 10 хв пішки. Можна при виселенні безкоштовно залишити багаж на зберігання. Сніданок включено в ціну. Приємний персонал, завжди готовий допомогти. В номері був набір для чаю. Цілодобовий доступ до номеру.

Номер був не той, що ми бронювали, менший. В ванній був неприємний запах. З засобів для душу було тільки мило. На підлозі - ковролін. Слабка звукоізоляція. Сніданок дуже скудний, але добре, що він є.

Wygodny nocleg kwa kroki od dworca

Znakomita lokalizacja kilka minut od dworca, blisko Placu Matejki i Teatru Słowackiego. Ładny dziedziniec. W samym obiekcie czysto, elegancko i komfortowo. W pokoju można wypić kawę i herbatę, a śniadanie jest wydawane w pobliskiej restauracji. Recepcjoniści służą pomocą i informacją. Wygodne łóżko i przestronna szafa.

Dość słabe oświetlenie i małe okno w spadzistym dachu.

Jestem bardzo zadowolony z tego zakwaterowania, lokalizacja, stosunek ceny do jakości zakwaterowania

Śniadania urozmaicone, spełniały nasze oczekiwania. Nie zdarzyło się aby czegoś zabrakło. Można powiedzieć drobiazg, wymiana ręczników co dwa dni, bez proszenia o to w recepcji.

Nie mam uwag, czy sugestii w tym zakresie.

Camera doppia, 2 letti singoli

Staff disponibile e accogliente. Situato a 5 minuti dalla stazione (Kraków Glówny) e 5 minuti dal Centro storico. Colazione principalmente internazionale. Possibilità di deposito bagagli prima del check in e dopo il check out. Per un weekend a Cracovia lo raccomando. Rapporto qualità/prezzo ottimo.

Quite good but there are things to pay attention to.

The location is really convenient! 5 min on foot from the railway station. The guy at the night shift (whose name I didn't ask) was great! Breakfast choice is enough but not great but maybe it happened because I asked to have it a bit earlier than they serve it usually.

Breakfast can be better. And it was hot in the room. You can fix it yourself but it wasn't the first thing I though about until I was hot) The guy at the morning shift tried to solve some misunderstanding with booking but I don't know why (because of his English or...) he told me the same thing over and over again when I was really hurrying to catch my train...

Relatively cheap but doesn’t worth the money

Employees were very nice and were happy to help with any type of question we had.

It’s very noisy, walls are thin and you can hear everything in the hall and other rooms.

Remek volt!

A szállás közel volt, körülbelül 5 perc sétára a vonathoz és a belvároshoz.. A szálláson kedvesek és segítőkészek voltak. A szálláshoz tartozó étteremben volt a reggeli, ami kiváló kontinentális reggelit tartalmazott. Az ebédet is ebben az étteremben fogyasztottuk el minden nap, meg voltunk elégedve vele. Köszönjük!

Doba w aparthotel w pałacu

Pokój na poddaszu w nocy było bardzo cicho. Można się było wyspać. Restauracja z bardzo smacznym menu.

Pokój nie zbyt dokładnie odkurzony. Reszta ok

Wonderful hotel in the heart of Krakow

The location is great, with walking distance from both the railway station and the old town. The staff was very friendly and willing to help. I asked for a quiet room, and not only did they give me the quietest they have but also they apologized that I may be disturbed by bell tolls from a nearby church. In fact. The breakfast was rich and tasty.

The room was rather small, and there was hardly room to put a chair in front of the desk.

Good location, pretty clean, good breakfasts(though coffee not drinkable).

Room doors with glass windows and lights on the corridor are activated by a motion sensor. Good luck if you want to sleep early (~10pm), it's like someone turning on and off a lamp in your room. My mattress was poor quality and well worn so instead of sleeping flat I was collapsing in V shape.

I absolutely loved the location so close to the Old town.

The guys at the reception were so friendly and helpful while carrying my heavy luggage.

The room could be cleaner. There was no sugar for tea and coffee. The bedside lamp didn't work.

Good location and good value.

Good location only a few minutes walk from the main train station and entrance to Old Town. Both men on reception were very friendly and polite. The room was spacious enough but fairly basic but really good value considering that it included a buffet breakfast. We will stay again if in Krakow.

Good stay for what you paid for.

Great location, very close to the Old Town, all public transport, Main station, and shopping. Good value for money and nice & simple breakfast. Very helpful staff. Good breakfast for what you paid for.

During my 4 nights stay for 3 person room I had to ask every day for toilet paper. At least 4 night stay, the room has to get cleanef at least one time.

The location is very good, close to the Old Town and the Galeria Krakowska. Breakfast is fair.

They clean and change the towels/bed sheets every three days! You cannot get empty glasses or cups immediately..... they don't provide water bottles.

The tea & coffee in the room needs improvement. Needs coffee sachets that do not come already mixed with sugar and milk. Also needs milk to go with the tea bags
