Lovely B&B, very clean with good facilities in room and elsewhere such as nice lounge with a bar, parking. Great breakfast with a very nice host.
Nothing to do with the B&B at all but the access road that leads to the parking is quite steep. May not suit low cars.
Parking is good otherwise.

The breakfast was superb. It was piping hot and very tasty.
The location of the Guest House was excellent. It was immaculately clean, and Denise was extremely helpful. We would definitely stay again.
There wasn’t anything ‘ not to like’
We had booked a small double room, which is exactly what we got.

really friendly and excellent breakfast. bathroom felt re done.
our fault we went out of season and lots of places closed so it was a bit of a long walk to get food and drink with limited choice.

We stayed for a few nights in December. The owners were very friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable and nice and warm despite it being very cold outside. The B&B is a 5 minute walk from the sea and they accommodated our dog very well!

The breakfast was super. The location was super - an easy stroll into the centre of Combe Martin and the beach. Denise and Steve were lovely - super-friendly and helpful. I have knee issues and Denise moved our room to a lower level to help me. (so I didn't have too many stairs to climb). As hosts, we really can't fault them and found them accommodating and available to answer questions and provide yummy breakfasts. My food intolerances - gluten free and dairy free were accommodated with a smile.
The shower was good - good water flow, lovely and hot. Tea, coffee, kettle all provided in the room - all good.
We knew the room was a 'small double' before booking, indeed at booking I spoke to Denise who offered to put us in a bigger room, but it fell a bit outside our budget. So the room is pretty small, however there's a clean compact en-suite shower room; and space in the room is cleverly designed and arranged to get maximum value for money - like cunning hooks to hang things on, a built-in cupboard in the chimney embrasure which doesn't encroach on the floor space, a built-in bookshelf stacked with books. We found that the finishes in the room were of a high standard - nothing felt 'cheap'.
In summary - a 'small double room' is exactly that - the double bed is a fairly snug fit, in the room.

The location of Acorns is ideal it is literally round the corner from the beach and local shops, pubs etc etc. The hosts Steve and Denise are really nice and friendly, the breakfast menu is quite extensive, the breakfast themselves are beautifully cooked, really good. Acorns is very clean and well maintained, there is also a nice small cozy bar in the evening. Combe Martin is ideal for a quiet relaxed holiday.
No complaints !
