Un hôtel dans un cadre agréable mais qui ne justifie pas son prix et ses prestations

Très bien situé près du lac dans un cadre champêtre. Excellent petit déjeuner y

Le rapport qualité-prix est excessif pour ce type d’hôtel que nous pouvons comparer avec bien d’autres établissements en Allemagne. La chambre n’a pas été nettoyée malgré notre demande. Plusieurs chambres d’hôtes sont disponibles dans le village à un coût nettement inférieur pour des prestations proches. Nous sommes arrivés à 18h30 et il n’y avait personne à la réception nous laissant seulement la clé et un message. Nous avons constaté cette absence également durant le séjour, inhabituel pour un hôtel de ce standing.

Very nice hotel in a beautiful place

The hotel is extremely well located close by the lake and at a cycling distance from Neuschwanstein castle. The personnel is very nice, we almost felt like home. Breakfast was delicious. The place is very calm and and absolutely beautiful. I would definitely recommend this hotel and we plan to come back.

Very nice Breakfast Room. Nice Balcony. Nice traditional house. Wonderful quite place in this little village. The view from the garden to the Neuschwanstein Castle.

Authentic Bavarian experience with a modern touch

Breakfasts were nutritious and food well prepared and cheerfully served. The hotel is authentically old-world Bavarian but interiors have been updated and are clean and comfortable. Bike paths circumvent the property and excellent restaurants are within walking distance. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

The restaurant is not open in the week and this is not stated on booking.com. Its a shame because the food on Sunday was excellent. Booking.com should state if the resturant is open or not.

Nothing special, but the right thing for people who just want to go hiking or engage in outdoor activities.

We chose Huberhof for its convenient location and close proximity to Tegelberg, Forggensee and the Füssen area. The breakfast was good value and the rooms were - generally speaking - nice.

The manager needs to ramp up on cleaning and generally maintenance of the place. The apartments on the second floor are very old and should be repaired. The first floor looked a lot better.

Superb

Location is great. By the lake and a short drive from town. Plenty of parking there. Nice restaurants. Hotel was mostly quiet and the staff were friendly and helpful. Very convenient for the two famous castles in the area. You can see them once you go outside. Overall a very positive experience.

Rooms were a little basic and the rates a little high. But wouldn't put me off going back.

beautiful location very close to Neuschwanstien

very pretty location , very traditional, good quality food in restaurant.

breakfast was tasty but not buffet , you had a fill in a form to choose items , in theory ok to stop waste , but it means you don’t know what your getting if your not very knowledgeable in German food , also a note at the bottom of the form saying that “if you order too much there might be an extra charge “ seems very petty , we also asked for an extra coffee sachet for the bedroom and we’re told your only allowed one each per day 🤷🏻‍♂️

Cute hotel with poor service

Location and a tipical Bavarian architecture

I booked this hotel for my parents. Right Before check in they made fresh Covid tests in the local pharmacy. The guy at the reception checked one test, and in the second test there was a typo in the month of birth (instead of 07 it was 06), the date and year as well as full name were correct, but he didn’t let us check in. We tried to explain to him that it’s an obvious typo while typing all the data on the mobile phone, that the rest of the data is correct as well as the data in the test of my father (they did the test together), but he was just as a broken machine that did not accept a ticket or so. Asked for additional verification, we tried to call the pharmacy to get the test “confirmed”.. so we spent at least 30min for that. Finally, he allowed as to check in under the condition of a NEW test next morning. the room we get was a tiny dark room with a view to parking lot. The only USP of this hotel is the location, which all the other hotels in the area also have. Not recommended!

cozy and rustic

The room was very clean and the staff was friendly. I also liked the breakfast which is being cooked freshly right at the hotel kitchen. The hotel is close to the Forggensee so you can easily walk there in like 3 minutes

The place is close to a farm which is nice. But where a farm is there are flies, too. During the night our room was well-visited by various insects. I told the receptionist about it. Hopefully they will put fly screens on the windows. Furthermore, I would've expected a bigger room for the price. It was half the size of all rooms shown on the pictures.

Over priced for not having breakfast included.

1. Breakfast was perfect, 2. location close to everything that you may like to visit during your trip 3. Staff was very friendly and very welcoming and tried to accommodate your needs best as they could.

Our room was not fulfilling to our needs, very dusty we had feather pillows which isn't pleasant for anyone with allergies. Mattress needs to have a pillow/foam topper on top felt the springs in the one we had.

Photos needs to be updated

Staff is supper friendly. Dinner was excellent.

I had to wait +- 10 min at to be helped. The entry needs to be cleaned with all the paperwork. The outside needs some maintenance to make it look at least like the photos. Room was really small but good. Breakfast was not worth the money we paid.
