Toujours le meilleur hôtel pour moi

Super petit déjeuner meilleur emplacement à fuengurolla un personnel super j’ai perdu le téléphone de ma fille il me l’on retrouver et garder pour que je le récupère fantastic

La rapport qualité prix Trop cher pour ce que c’est Trop petite piscine pour le nombre de personne dans l’établissement Ascenseur trop petit pour le nombre de personne dans l’établissement La Clim qui s’éteint à chaque fois qu’on ouvre la fenêtre pour sortir sur le balcon Pas d’etandage pour nos faire sécher nos serviettes vêtements Le ménage mal fait seulement les draps sont juste tirer, coffre fort poussiéreux entre deux ménage, salle de bain cheveux + sable par terre alors que le ménage est censer être fait. Coffre fort payant Parking payant 20€ par jours voiture basse ne rentre pas dans le parking. La localisation est bien mais mais attention au voiture si vous la garez en extérieur (rétro retrouver casser)

Nice hotel, some tiny improvements could be made to make it perfect.

Nice, clean hotel with comfortable beds and good breakfast. Pool was nice and clean. Plenty of areas to sit with family

Not good value as felt it was very expensive. Tea/coffee facilities in room were an additional cost. Not enough loungers by the pool - people left towels all day and didn't use the beds.

Room excellent for a standard room, quite small but exceptionally clean and comfortable. Only think we like is a kettle and there isn't one. Would make the stay even better. Location great for the main area of bars and restaurants. The 'hot' food at breakfast really was not hot, perhaps better warm plates would help.

Only the fact there was no kettle in the bedroom. Hot food at breakfast, was really on luke warm so this was off putting. Variety not bad otherwise, nice fruit and cold buffet was OK.

A/C should be available all year round - seems penny pinching to turn it off in the winter

Good Location

Air Conditioning is turned off in the winter and does not operate - It was 23 degrees whilst we were there and the room was in the sun all day. It was like a sauna overnight as we had no way of cooling the room. Food in the restaurant was average and not worth the cost.

Für einige Tage kann man sich arrangieren, aber sonst würde ich das Hotel nicht mehr buchen.

Die Lage war sehr schön. Aussicht auf das Meer, 2 Minuten zum Strand Meer und Geschäften. Das Frühstück hatte eine gute Auswahl, es war alles gut, ausser der Orangensaft der war sehr schlecht. Das Abendessen war einfach, aber die Qualität hat immer sehr gut geschmeckt.

Das Zimmer war sehr einfach eingerichtet, keine Bilder, nichts das einem ein Wohlfühl Gefühl geben würde. Sehr schlicht, Sauberkeit war nicht so gut. Das Personal sieht sehr unzufrieden aus, ist nicht so freundlich oder fröhlich.

Beautiful hotel, great location, wonderful stay - thank you

Very well located in the town, on top of the shops, bars and restaurants. Rooms were very clean, bed very comfy and even came with a choice of 4 different pillows! Food in the restaurant was beautifully cooked and of great quality, good choice both at breakfast and dinner (buffet style in December, wasn't expecting this so that was a bonus). Staff friendly and helpful, would definitely stay again, thank you.

Although I had a side view of the sea, the balcony looked over carpark and other buildings. Prefer to opt out of breakfast but that wasn't an option.

Hyvä tukikohta Andalucian alueella

Hyvä sijainti, kaikki toimi hyvin, erityiskiitos siitä, että saapuessamme hotelliin lennon johdosta myöhään, saimme illallista vielä 22 jälkeenkin. Palvelu toimi kaikilta osin hyvin ja oli nopeaa.

Oli yllätys, että tallelokero huoneessa oli maksullinen. Olisi toki ollut mukavaa, jos kahvin/vedenkeitin olisi ollut huoneessa. Toki nyt sen sai maksua vastaan. Ilmastointi toimi hitaasti ja lämpötilanäyttö vaikutti suuntaa antavalta.

Fijn hotel, met vriendel en behulpzaam personeel.

Het personeel is vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Daarnaast is de locatie perfect, dicht bij het strand gelegen en een eigen zwembad. Tevens ligt het ook op loop afstand van de MiraMar en het dierenpark. De kamer had een mooi uitzicht, wel jammer van die woontoren net achter het hotel, maarja je kunt ook niet alles hebben ;).

De douche in de kamer, deze ging tot 3 keer kapot. De douchekoppen voelde ook niet heel robuust. Daarnaast was de regendouche voor 3/4 van de gaatjes voorzien van tuitjes waardoor het water er meer uitliep als een straal ipv een fijne regendouche. Verder waren de bedden wat aan de zachte kant en kraakte hij aan de kant van mijn vrouw.

Overall a pleasant stay but would not return.

Plenty of choice for breakfast of a high standard. Location of hotel good, close to the beach, shops & restaurants. Room was comfortable & clean. Friendly, efficient staff on reception.

Restaurant very busy at breakfast. No order, free for all scramble ! Had to pay for the safe in bedrooms and pool towels had a refundable deposit. Not enough sunbeds around the pool for all the guests, which resulted in my family paying 7 euros per person, per day on the beach !

Absolutely everything. Fantastic service throughout. Beautiful breakfast to start the day. The rooms were perfect and cleaned each day to a very high standard. The pool area was lovely and overall the atmosphere created by the staff and other guests was friendly and peaceful . Location was also super. Will be back for sure. Thanks to all the team for a fantastic few days!!
