La posizione è comoda per chi come noi è di passaggio
Camera fredda, ristorante caro per la qualità che offre
4.3
Got a wrong room number from my booking so I woke someone up when we arrived. Had to call for information to the correct room. Window faced a gravel road where vehicles drove past at all hours. Nightstands were cheap ikea stools. Poor value for money, no breakfast included but possible to add for a high fee.

Struttura bella e pulita.
4.3
We loved everything. Spacious room, cool decoration, free jacuzzi and sauna, free coffee and marvelous people.

Hotel accogliente con personale gentile e disponibile. Camere accoglienti e confortevoli. Super piacevole l’odore del legno in tutti gli ambienti. Molto carina la sala comune con caffè/te a disposizione e salottini.

EVERYTHING!!
(except for the breakfast mishap)
We were not informed that breakfast would be an additional charge until after we ate - that's wrong to do to people, and honestly it wasn't worth the price charged.
4.3
Nada. Todo perfecto.

We were here on our honeymoon and loved every second of staying in this little hotel. We were greeted with champagne and chocolate from the hotel staff, who were very warm and very helpful! The room was very clean and very cozy. We loved that there was a community area that was open 24/7 where you could play games, grab snacks, or make a coffee! We were also invited to eat dinner at the hotel, which was absolutely delicious! I have a gluten allergy, and they were so accommodating! I didn’t know this when I booked, but there is also a Jacuzzi available for any guest to use! This is a super small town and truthfully, there is not much to do. But, next door to the hotel, there is a cute ground trampoline, and an excellent brewery (with wine and cider options also) with very friendly staff as well! I cannot say enough good things about this place.
My only complaint about this place is that the walls are thin. We had a family sitting next to us who were very active. It sounded like a herd of elephants were jumping up and down next-door. This might not matter to many people, but there were only three channels on the television available. But the Wi-Fi was great!

They have a wonderful sauna and jacuzzi!! The restaurant it’s also very good .
4.3
Nice large room with plenty of space. On sight restaurant was only one in town and the food and service were very good.
Only thing missing was the ability of boil water for tea. That would have been nice.
4.3
Hotel was nice, comfortable beds, nice common room with fireplace, free coffee and some snacks.
Breakfast was disgusting, especially the pancakes - they tasted like rancid old stuff which laid there for over a week. Also only one type of sausage/cheese.
Breakfast not worth a cent.

We were greeted with a wonderful happy vibe at this hotel! We enjoyed the bar, inviting library for sitting by the fire, and a wonderful breakfast. We would highly recommend this hotel. The views were amazing!
4.3
Helpful & friendly staff.
Good location.
Thin walls. Can hear everything.
4.3
Great interior design with lots of wood, cosy rooms and common areas, amazing helpful staff, free coffee machine, located close to the water. All perfect. Surrounding landscape is stunning.
Village is a little run down and not really inviting (yet).
4.3
Charming atmosphere. Comfortable Lounging area with fireplace and snack bar.

Really comfortable and welcoming staffing!!
The bathtub didnt isolated completely the water and blackouts could be more efficient:)
4.3
Excellent location, big room, and we loved the hotel lounge - very quaint and cosy with books, board games, and free tea & coffee. The staff was friendly and helpful.
The restaurant was a bit too pricey - the most expensive we’ve come across in 10 days travelling around Iceland.
4.3
the staff were fantastic
the flight of stairs as we had someone in our group with mobility issues. we didn’t realise when booking that it was stairs only however the staff did say if they weren’t full they would have moved us.

The staff, facilities and overall "vibe" of this hotel was great! The room was very spacious and the bathroom was huge. The rooms are all wood paneled and the bed was the most comfortable one we slept on in over 10 days out of the 5 hotels we stayed at in Iceland! We would definitely stay here again!
The wifi is a little weak depending on where you are in the hotel. Reviews I read of the walls being thin are accurate. We did hear some noise from the adjacent room, but it wasn't enough to affect our stay. If you are a very light sleeper it may be worth asking for an isolated room. That said, we would still definitely stay here again!
4.3
Staff was friendly, we got a room upgrade when checking in for no reason I guess, which was nice.
Rooms were clean, bed in the upgraded room was very large and had good pillows, shower was nice.
The room was very noisy, we could literally hear the people nextdoor unzip their suitcases.
The food wasn't to write home about. I had a burger which wasn't as good as the other burgers I've had in Iceland, but not bad. The fries weren't crispy, we had regular fries and sweet potato fries. Again not bad, but not great for the money we've paid.
They had a laundry service which was 4000! Isk just for one wash.

Great staff. Good food.

On arrival we were greeted by really lovely staff who made us feel welcome from the start. The room was so nice! Beautiful room on an amazing hotel in the middle of a town that we didn't even planned to visit!
Tenesor was absolutely amazing on check-in and during dinner and after. What a lovely person we got to meet.
The whole hotel is beautiful and the rooms really exceeded our expectations.
It was a lovely but short stay.
The living room was amazing as was the decoration of the whole hotel.
Everything was great! No complaints whatsoever.
4.3
