Bellissimo nn vedo l’ora di ritornarci

La più bella struttura di Cervia e dintorni Elegante ,belle camere ,letti comodi ,bella doccia grande , specchi ovunque Scelta di cuscini Balcone vista mare stupendo Staff alla reception gentilissimo Concesso check-out comodo senza problemi e possibilità di usufruire della Spa anche il giorno della partenza La Spa molto piacevole , inclusa nel prezzo della camera , con dotazione di accappatoio e infradito Il mio hotel preferito

La colazione nn era curata come al solito. Uova strapazzate e bacon freddi , nn coperti Cibi troppo esposti senza protezione Torte senza ingredienti specificati Pane e salumi buoni Un resort così bello e curato in tutto nn può trascurare dettagli così importanti nella colazione Manca privacy sul balcone , divisori inutili nn riparano nulla

Sympathisches Hotel am Meer

Das hell gehaltene Hotel ist geschmackvoll gestaltet und ist nur durch eine Strasse vom Strand getrennt. Die Zimmer zum Meer bieten wundervollen Meerblick. Das Frühstück ist reichhaltig. Der Wellnessbereich mit verschiedenen Saunen ist gerade im Frühjahr sehr angenehm. Gute Restaurants sind auch anfangs März fussläufig erreichbar. Die Mitarbeiter waren alle sehr freundlich. Gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis, zwei Stunden Wellness waren inklusive.

Im Winter ist der Strandzugang durch die geschlossenen Bagni etwas mühsam. Der Wellnessbereich ist im Nebengebäude.

The staff were very helpful, the room was very clean and was a good size, the breakfast was excellent and had a lot of variety. The spa was also very good. It was great to have free access to the beach and spa.

Clean and comfortable.

After a certain date there are no catering facilities here apart from breakfast which is decimated if your not down there early and its not replenished, we didn’t know about this and were not informed after booking, so no bar, no restaurant, you cant even make a drink in your room, I spent a fortune on this for my wife and I and essentially we ended up with B&B. I wont mention how rude some staff were… Oh and the water in your room is 5 euro’s!!! I messaged the property whilst there and received no reply. If they’d just told us about the lack of facilities I’d just have gone elsewhere…

excellent location at the sea front, beach spot included, tasty breakfast buffet with homemade sweets and great fresh fruits, nice room overlooking the beach, large balcony, great rooftop pool and bar, clean white design throughout the hotel

Loved the rooftop swimmingpool with the wiew and a nice sitting space. The breakfast was very nice. The room clean and bright. The bathroom spacious and clean.

We were a little confused about the bar on ground floor, never open when we asked. The rooftop bar was nice but sometimes closed. We had a birthday in the family and wanted to celebrate with champagne we got as a gift. When we asked for ice bucket to take to the room the young man at the rooftop bar said we could not have it if we did not buy the bottle from him, he was very rude and when I told him that I just bought a bottle from the bar for 70 Euros when we sat there at lunchtime with our group, he yelled at me “ you said you had your own bottle” and I explained to him that this was a new one he shrugged his shoulders , ran into the kitchen and gave me a container with some few icecubes, without a word. A little uncomfortable, since everyone else were very nice and polite.

the rooms have thin walls and the corridors are all in cermaic, so any one walking at night could wake you up, the checkin was hard as the staff assigned sisnt know English, the linens where not clean, we actually left one night before our booking because of how this Hotel is. The breakfast isn't clean, the jars are not well cleaned, the bread is stale.

Went for Ironman Italy and the location was perfect. Breakfast was amazing with an early breakfast for Ironman race day.

It was a shame we weren’t told the hotel restaurant would be closed during our stay before we went and a broken toilet took wasn’t fixed til our second day.

Comfort, elegance and great location!

The hotel is very elegant and well furnished, the room was spacious and clean with a lovely balcony with sea view. We really enjoyed our aperitif on the rooftop bar while our son enjoyed the pool. Breakfast was really good with a great selection for all tastes. It was a good idea to add the gloves so we could still enjoy the self service during the covid restrictions. We loved our 2 hours in the SPA in the morning and it was nice that our son could accompany us respecting the silence and tranquility of the place. Location perfect for the beach.

If I have to find something then I would have added some amenities to the bathroom kit.
