Really comfortable bed, extremely clean everywhere and super nice customer service. Well done guys! And thank you so much.

Bed was comfortable
They wanted £10 for using leisure facilities on top of 95 to stay.
Noise from the bar next door was unreal, soundproof the building.
Woken by housekeeping. Surely they should have a list of rooms leaving.

Breakfast was delicious, freshly cooked, very very friendly and professional lady serving. Beautifully presented tables.
Reception staff very helpful and welcoming.
Room was very clean and comfortable. Bed was extremely comfortable.
The gentleman working the night shift was so lovely. I asked if was possible to get some ice as wasn’t feeling well and very hot, expecting a pint glass of ice at most and he went to the trouble of finding a very very large container and gave me an entire bucket full of ice. Locked myself out of my room in the early hours and had to ring reception for help, answered immediately and was so kind ( I was so embarrassed had put key card to close to my phone) he was so helpful, put me at ease immediately and told me it was no trouble at all. He was ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Swimming Pool was very nice, very clean and a lovely relaxing place to be.
Could not fault a thing, very good value for money and superb service

Clean room big bed and bathroom
One of the windows wouldn’t shut so there was a lot of noise from outside

Room, pool, jacuzzi, restaurant, Jane Street Breakfast and staff. All were very polite and helpful and one young girl waitress whom I didn’t catch the name of but had right pride colour umbrella earings was very professional in her manner and service. A credit to the hotel. 👍🏻
Cant say there’s anything I didn’t like. A small hicup with the booking process information but I understand there was some changes to the system which may have caused it. It cost me £39 extra but still worth it.

The hotel looked lovely and we had a meal in the hotel restaurant and it was very nice
We were put in the Sleepwell inn that was just across the road from the hotel the bed was covered in plastic and it made a crinkly sound all night . The room was very noisy from the traffic passing by.The hotel charged £10 a day to use the swimming pool that was not mentioned in the booking.

It's located in Workington city centre
1. Paying full price then to be put in the cheap hostel type "Sleepwell" Inn over the road
2. Being given twin single beds, when I had a double bed confirmed by email. I'm 6ft 4, so it wasn't ideal
3. The walls are paper thin. I could hear every conversation next door. Even at 3am, 4am and them being locked out at 5am!
4. Staying in the "Sleepwell" over the road, means you're too far away from the hotel facilities.
5. In the room it states the Sleepwell rooms are £50 a night. You can upgrade to Washington for £30 and use the facilities for £10. So why are they charging £100 on booking.com?
Don't stay here, it's a scam. Don't be fooled by the online pictures.

Car parking ist great at main hotel

Kayleigh was very attentive. Food was freshly cooked..

WE had to move room as it was so noisy from Bars/clubs across the street, don't understand why we were given that room. We had to move. The hotel could do with an upgrade and remove all the carpeting on landings.

Food exceeded expectations both for dinner and breakfast. Staff were friendly, accommodating and took a genuine interest. Rooms are clean and have little extras such as ear plugs and sewing set if needed.
Shower temperature temperamental it ended up either freezer or boiling. The odd water mark on the walls/ceiling in room but it seems like that the hotel is in the progress of decorating.

Staff went above and beyond to accommodate me, and are so friendly. Thanks Tracey. Sauna and pool were a big bonus, and really helped the work trip not feel too much like work. Breakfast menu is really good and great buffet selection with lovely waiters.
A little revamp of decor would bring the standards right up and match the asking price of the rooms.

All staff were very friendly and helped any way they could.

The staff were so friendly and helpful. The breakfast was delicious and the service was great

Breakfast not good. Smoked bacon not nice.. runny snotty eggs, cheap brown sauce, cheap beans coffee way to strong.
Better breakfast, hotter shower. Lifts very slow.
3.6
swimming pool and sauna and whirlpool are lovely
front car park is tiny
3.6
staff excellent
poor lighting in the room, uncomfortable bed, a lot of loud noise in early hours
3.6
Swimming pool and leisure facilities were great. Lovely warm pool and hot jacuzzi. Dated gym but clean and useable. Room lovely size and very comfortable bed. Fantastic rainfall shower with large bath. Comfortable temperature in room and although on busy road not too much traffic noise. Lovely evening meal and breakfast. Robes for in room and nice toiletries provided. Will definitely stay again.
No complimentary port and shortbread as stipulated which was disappointing. Only one robe and towel in room but was rectified immediately with correct number.
