Well book carefully modify prior - resort doesnt support on after sales service they just hang up

The Resort location is great. Great view Food @ capers and pan asian restaurant are best but not service Nesto -chef @ capers great job but their waiters make the whole restaurant go down

1. Warm swimming pool 2. Room Cleaning wont be done on the day before you checkout. We called reception and booked a cleaning but they never show up. 3. The Capers restaurant service staff doesnt fill water for atleast 35mins , they dont fill the wine but will be running with wine bottle around big tables. Delay in delivering the food. We ordered waited and waited and waited and just left without eating - it was a serious disrespect- they treat people differently based on looks. The waiter name was Rafael. 4. The restaurant by the pool- please dont eat there - Refried chicken wings rubbery, Dry fried fish -pescado frito, fries is not fresh. mahimahi was awkward. 5. Room service wait is 45mins but will take more than an hour. 6.Carnival Multi cuisine is average. 7. The Air conditioning is poor it gets cold in the night but warmer in the afternoon.

Great fun

The location was great and super close to town for exploring. Ubers were super cheap and easy to use getting around. The service from all departments was amazing.

The food honestly really isn't the best. It's a struggle with any food allergies for sure finding something good to eat.

The property itself is gorgeous, breakfast is great, staff is attentive.

Member services pressured us to book an appointment for a massage. When we arrived for the massage we were deceived into paying for it and doing a presentation afterward, which we declined as we felt manipulated. Once we declined the staff was off-putting, and the front desk member service manager rolled her eyes and walked away. The rest of the day was uncomfortable. The pool closes at 6 pm!! this is a deal breaker, had I known I would have booked elsewhere. Maintenance never came back to fix the tub in the room. The tub flooded the room, spraying water from the jacuzzi jets. Also, the pool with the slide was closed, and could not make use of it for children. It was a bittersweet experience.

Overall fun experience

I loved the staff. Shout out to Fidel (water aerobics and karaoke), Bernardo (crepes) Maria (excursions on Secrets side or anything else we needed) Fabiola (concierge) and Ignacio (Mexican restaurant). The beach was a bit rocky over this way but you could walk far on the beach if you headed toward the marina. The rooms were acceptable but the views were amazing. We highly recommended getting the VIP pass if you’re on the Dreams side. You will have access to everything on the Secrets side except Preferred Club and Oceana breakfast. If you want quiet and adults only head to the Secrets side. It was wonderful having 24 hour service for snacks and coffee. Overall a great experience.

we loved everything about the property

only complaint is that we survived the harassment of the sales people at the airport however, upon check-in, they assigned a person who harasses you and tries talking you into buying things. luckily we survived that too.

The food was good

Children had no rules and the hotel was full of them. They were in the swim up bar area. They were running around the lounges kicking soccer balls. They were in the adult only hottub.

A pleasant vacation experience.

All of the staff was great! We felt very attended to, which of course is the point of an all-inclusive purchase. Options for food and the facilities didn't disappoint. The beach was steps away and the grounds were very well-kept. Lobby music was nice as well.

Although I booked well in advance, my room was already occupied, but we did receive VIP status to use Dreams as compensation. My replacement room didn't have as good a view though.

the view was ok

it was not equipped to handle disaster well and more than one group event at a time .was not willing to accommodate you when your event might have been plan for outside and had to be change to inside refusing to refund your money. not giving you the type of event that money is worth after been told several time what you wanted your event to look like. after calling the first office going to the first office talking to the bosses they all continue to lie. by the way this was a anniversary event this happened 10-23-22.

Facilities, food and drinks were amazing.

Took to long to have room cleaned daily. Housekeeping did get to our room until around 4pm to 5pm every day.

My family and I love all the amenities, location, food and beverage selection. Everything from the good ac to the friendly and down to earth staff. Highly recommend.

The jets in the sunken tub didn’t work and the resort app was working off/on. It’s understandable though I’m pretty sure with so many guests staying it would eventually happen. Otherwise nothing else. If the resort Manager reviews my survey please know your staff gives a new meaning to the word amazing.

Superb

the property was great, my problem was with booking.com. For some reason, booking.com did not add my child to the reservation therefore, I had a surprise charge upon check in. Spent almost 2 hours in the lobby trying to figure it all out and at the end they could not fix their mistake
