Our stay was as usual, very nice. The staff is very professional, the room very clean and the environment perfect. We love staying there before returning home. Very relaxing.
This year we staid level 3 which has smaller rooms than level 2 where we staid previously. We will try to book a bigger room next year. We will definitely be back...

Great Location. Great Environment. The whole atmosphere is awesome. Toilet is small, But is clean and functional.
Bed sheet and the bottle container of drinking water in the room is a bit dirty.

Very helpful and friendly staff. Staying in a historical place is a real experience. Enjoyed the quality of food and wines in the restaurant.

This is an amazingly historic building and our room took us back in time.

Absolutely amazing and very peaceful place
Very nice and helpful staff

Friendly staff, very nice accommodation/surroundings & good breakfast
the hygiene of the room (shower), small/old room. It seems the restaurant is only opened during the weekend - not on week evenings, this should be mentioned on booking.com.
There supposed to be an electric charger for electric cars on site, however they mean the public one across the street - which was blocked during my stay.

Freddie at reception.
Breakfast was good quality but quite basic.

The chateau was very romantic and a lovely place to stay. The staff were very friendly and the breakfast was very good.
Room was somewhat tired and small.
4.1
the location and the castle
the charm of the place, the staff, the atmosphere and the style as well as the uniqueness of the place. I have also very much appreciated the breakfast and the upgrade with kindness. It was a great pleasure to be back in the hotel with the beautiful environment. A great pleasure

Location, breakfast choices and staff are great.
The welcome was excellent!!
The Feeling is Chateau-like and quite authentic.
The bed was very comfy!
The park is very nice for an early morning walk!
Very small room with no TV and a tiny and worn bathroom (towel hanger broke from the wall, shower was stained) where it was tricky to get the right temperature for the shower.
Restaurant may be closed, so food in the evening may be a challenge.
Advice:Make sure to check the opening hours of the reception! There is a code to open the gate at night, in case reception is already closed. I was not made aware of it and had to climb over the fence after trying for 30min to get in. Luckily I got help from a Food Truck owner.

The chateau was stunning, with a picturesque location right on the lake. The old furniture and old styled interior added to the charm and elegance of the place, and it really felt like I had stepped back in time.
However, the only downside was that the internet was only working at the reception area, which was a bit inconvenient. Despite this small issue, I still thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this beautiful chateau and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a luxurious and unique experience.
The Internet did not work in the room.

we were made very welcome and shown to a beautiful room with an amazing view from the window.
The decor in the bathroom was a little quirky and we would have preferred to eat in the hotel rather than a restaurant in the town even though it was very good.

got tricked into paying for breakfasts and then charged 85 euros

I have been to Paris many times and was looking for a quiet country stay this time around given my brief halt in the city and I must say I’m glad I chose this beautiful chateau. I stayed in the junior suite at ground floor which was exquisite. The view on all three sides of the room was gorgeous. The manicured lawns looked right out of a movie. The breakfast spread was great as well, it had a good range. The morning staff was rather courteous.
I checked in late at night and it was pitch dark, the property hardly is lit around that time. The receptionist was quite to the point at the risk of being disengaged and didn’t quite give an overview of the place for the guest to warm up to it.

Breakfast is great, and the staffs are very nice.
Door key not working properly

Beautiful chateau in wonderful setting. Quite magical. Superb meal in restaurant on Friday evening. Surprised restaurant wasn’t open more often.
Would definitely return.
I booked 4 classic double rooms for 4 couples. However they didn’t seem to be of the same quality. The 2 on the 3rd floor didn’t have a door on the bathrooms. Breakfast on the first morning didn’t seem to be well staffed and we seemed to be chasing around for basic items! However much improved on the 2nd day.

The receptionist was very welcoming and gave us a lot of useful instructions. I have no words for the charm of this Chateaux ! It is beautifully set in the quite and quaint village of Ermanonville and as soon as you enter the gate the view is breathtaking. I have always had the wish to stay in such a Chateaux and the authenticity of the place did not leave me disappointed. The rooms are very very old .. you could smell it as soon as you enter but if you if you appreciate history and antiques you'll love it. There is a crepere outside the gate with great food and welcoming staff. Will surely be back !
