Family quality time

Nice location with wonderful staff there. We arrived late around 4pm so the check in was not a big issue. Staff are friendly and needed a 1000 baht deposit which we received back when we checked out. Please be mindful that in Khao Yai Tuesday and Wednesday are usual closing dates for Spa as well as nearby establishments. There are two parking spaces and one has 3 EV outlets. That is quite critical for future because when i stayed there i saw 4 EV cars there being park. So in 2024 onwards, it will be a talking point. Rooms are nice and we booked Grand Deluxe Pool View, so we have 5 adults with 6 beds basically. It is spacious and also can work properly as WiFi doesn't need silly disconnecting and reconnections. Great location and near to many nice restaurants. Restrooms are not using any chemicals which i like but it is also important that without chemicals there is a little bit of water flow smell in the restrooms, it happens to all 3 rooms we stayed in, so that could be an improvement for clients who would like to return again. Residential side is higher up the hill side and free bikes can be hired at the check-in counters. Breakfast is good but could be improved with egg station for the waiting time, for example, soft boiled eggs can be done like 20 eggs every minute and others can be prepped for 7-9am because it's easy to eat eggs for most people including vegetarian. Not much options for Vegan food. Room cleaning is fast and efficient. Water and carbonated drinks are free during our stay, so i guess it's same all year round as we stayed in high/shoulder seasonality. For Child fun is nice and can see many children so it's family friendly. Pool is not heated as usual but that is not a big issue as afternoon Sun will take care of the pool coldness. Free charcoal fireplaces are offered to guests that's a plus.

Nothing particular. Breakfast area is a bit crowded and egg station is a bit overloaded. It could be sorted like making bulk and bring together for most consumed egg types.

A nice comfortable hotel near to the national park. Although it has 3 menus be warned of their limited vegan options.

Clean. Great location for the national park. Good sized pool for the kids. Room was nice.

Very limited food menus. More vegetarian and vegan options should be added. Pool stays open until 2000. But is not lit very well so is very dark.

Twin beds but it’s 2 queen beds so it is really good!! The bed is comfy.

The bathroom is old. They havent renovated it. If travel with kids, it’s super hard to shower for them. อาบน้ำยากมาก ไม่มีฝักบัว มีแต่ Shower ที่ติดฟิกกับผนัง ตอนอาบคือจะต้องเปียกทั้งตัวรวมหัวด้วย และถ้าอาบให้เด็กคือ ทำไม่ได้เลย เด็กจะโดนน้ำรดทั้งตัว เลยต้องเอาแก้วไปรองน้ำแล้วเอามาอาบให้เด็ก เป็นการอาบน้ำที่ลำบากมากๆๆๆๆๆๆ อ่างล้างหน้าแบบฝังใต้ทอป ทำให้มีคราบดำๆเยอะ พอดีล้างขวดนมเด็กในนั้น เลยต้องขัดออกมาดำปี๋เลย ดำมากจริงๆ แม่บ้านไม่ได้ทำความสะอาดนานแล้ว

Un bon séjour. Nous avons trouvé un guide pour visiter le parc de Khao yai.

Belle hôtel avec piscine bien décorée. Restauration de bonne qualité.

Pas d’activité proposée et notamment pas de visite du parc de Khao Yai qui est à 5 kms. Nécessité d’avoir un véhicule pour sortir de l’hôtel.

it’s 3 Star Hotel but we have to pay as similar as 4.5 star

good location, spend a few minutes to see the interesting place

The hotel has just renovated and changed name from Romantic Resort to be Lacol without anything fresh and clean, the room is not clean enough, disorder flush toilets, shower area is not acceptable. Overall compare to the price we pay, it is quite disappointing.

Breakfast was really average, for the money i am spending i found it totally not worthy. I had asked for a better view rooms and they gave us hidden pool view which was really bad too. For in-house guests at-least the movie facility should be free, they were charging 500 THB per person which is such a rip off. Lastly Lacol dining, pricey and totally not worth it. Its just good for photos but then we paid for the dome but got a table outside the dome. Also they close off the coffee machines at 5 pm? After 5pm you cannot get a coffee.

Wonderful trip in Khaoyai

Very warm welcomed right after we have arrived at hotel. Checked-in fast, very helpful and friendly hotel staffs. Our room is 4th floor, with a wonderful mountain view in a cold day 18 C', i sat outside enjoy the view, space in a room is large and well organised. Great strong shower. Very nice hotel, too bad it was cold, i didn't go try swim and cinema. Next time will be back.

Nothing, maybe car park should be enough and closer to main hotel building. Or hotel provide a hotel staff to park for guest if the car park is full.

Sublime hotel for young families

Comfortable stay in the hotel with warm and friendly staff willing to listen and help.

The spread of the breakfast was good! Staff were also warm and friendly. They were also helpful and did their best to ensure that we were safe and enjoyed our short trip in Khao Yai.

The bathroom pipe at the shower area took a while to drain the water. Other than that, everything was good.
