It was a very affordable and convenient place to stay close to the airport
everything was great

Staff were very pleasant and quietly efficient.
Breakfast was satisfying and tasty but not too much on offer.
Very close to the airport, mi commisariato and a shell service station.
A little bit dark inside, but soundproofing was good enough.

Less than 10 minutes walk from the airport terminal.
Very clean and comfortable.
Easy late checkin

Everything in general was good

Near the airport.
They charge US$15 for my wife stay in the room for couple of hour before her flight. It would had been cheaper to book a room for three people even if only two would sleep and take breakfast.

Nice breakfast with friendly staff

Comfortable, clean and quiet. Good view of the terminal building!

close to airport. cab ride was $4 from airport. The next day we were able to walk down the street to a shared van ride to Cuenca which was ideal for us. 12 per person

location perfect from airport for next day departure. walk straight out airport doors through parking lot across pedestrian bridge and you’ll see the hotel 1 block away. Hotel Garzota is actually closer than the Holiday Inn. Take a taxi to the Malecón 2000 en el centro for $6 there, $4-5 return to see the downtown palaces, river and nightlife. Worth the 2-3 hours time and very safe when we were there at midnight.

The hotel is an easy walking distance from the aiport. Great for a short stay when you need to get to the airport. The breakfast in the morning is really good. The rooms are a good size, beds were comfy and aircon was good. The bathroom was clean and shower pressure was good.
The TV wasn't great. Something in our bathroom was leaking water so our floor was wet.

1.5
Close to the Airport and bed was comfortable and bigger than expected.
Room was not too Clean (some Hair on the ground and in the bed) & super loud in the night since it was Close to the street.
Breakfast was included but a 2 out of 10 💩.
Overall it was way way too expensive for what we got! For 60 a night there is options with pool and true quality.
DO NOT EAT DINNER IN THE AWFUL RESTAURANT !!! Its expensive (9-13 dollars depends on what you get) and is ultra low quality !! I repeat, do not eat there!!! 😅

Great location close to the airport. Clean room
Uncomfortable hard pillows - also they accept only cash.

The staff, overall hotel cleanliness and Covid safety measures were good. Also, the 2 pm checkout appealed to us.
We selected a triple room instead of the double bed for the same price. Our sleeping habits requires us to have separate beds with our different aches and pains. We received a queen and a twin which would have been okay if the twin bed was not lopsided and too soft for my back. Ended up sharing the queen which was comfortable. The one nighter's must have the worst rooms in the building because the noise from the soccer court across the sidestreet on one side was noisy along with the bus yard across on the other side of the street. Fortunately though, we were both exhausted from our 8 hour bus ride coming from the high Andes that neither one managed to toss and turn and other wise bothered the other the entire night and we fell asleep despite the noisy outside. Also, there was suppose to be a buffet breakfast included according to the room description at the time the reservation was made. Instead a simple breakfast was offered.
