I love how friendly the staff was.
The hotel was clean.
I love how quiet the hotel was.
The breakfast was good.
The food was prepared specifically to my taste.
The WiFi was really poor upstairs (room 403 & 404)
I wasn’t aware that my room didn’t have ac for the amount we paid for a week.

Friendly staff and very accomodating to requests.
Robert, Collin and Simon offered a great service. Thank you.
Location near airport
Option to have lunch and dinner
Perhaps would be good to have a Safe available in the standard rooms

This hotel was built with the customer in mind! Down to the rooms! Yall there was a safe in the closet! And the breakfast menu was so packed! I love it. This was my second stay here and it even improved from the last time I was here

Large, clean room
When we arrived after a long flight, we discovered that there was no bed for our son. It took an hour to get bedding for the couch at least. We were too tired to argue that our booking clearly stated a double bed and a single bed. We were to stay here again 5 night later and asked them to put an extra bed in. Which they did, and then proceeded to try to charge us for it.

Very comfortable bed, strong wifi and good, clean bathroom. Breakfast was generous and the staff were very friendly. A perfect hotel for one night after our flight landed late in Nairobi.
The location isn’t the best - it’s more of a transit / conference hotel than somewhere to stay for a long period whilst visiting Nairobi. I’d prefer to have a deadbolt or chain lock on room door, although the hotel felt very secure.

The staff was very kind and friendly
I was woken up at 8am from the phone landline and asked what time I was planning to go downstairs for breakfast and I told I wanted to sleep because I was very tired, an hour later someone tried to enter my room, and right in front of my window there was a construction site making a lot of noise. When I went downstairs and explained to the manager she said: “sorry”. I said it was not enough because they ruined my sleep and she just said there is nothing I can do.
I found it Unacceptable!

The hotel is beautifully decorated and my room was very comfortable - great value for money.
The restaurant menu prices are misleading. Staff said the prices were wrong and charged me twice the price that was on the menu. I'm not sure if this was a genuine reason or a scam. They should print new menus with correct prices if this is a genuine issue.

Room was ok.
My credit card was charged twice. But the hotel is refusing any refund, even when I can prove the double payment.
It costed me a lot of time (chatting, calling every day. But no cooperation from the hotel). My insurance is sewing them now...

clean and comfortable
we had a very late arrival which the hotel were aware of. the night staff had no idea about our rooms, our keys, how to greet us, how to take payment. He was hopeless. 30 minutes to check in at 4.30am.
Added to which our room was immediately above a building site which started work at 7.30am. I’m glad we were only there for one night.

The staff was very friendly and the breakfast was excellent. The room was very comfortable and had everything one needed.
It was sometimes hard for the taxis to find the hotel because the entrance to the road is fenced.

This is no 3* but almost 5*.
The room is comparingly small but has everything.
No issue with hit water now, the ahower is 5+.
The only thing - even if i booked thru bookingcom, the hotel asked to pay locally.
Cant see any charges from bookong for now, so seems still legit.
Highly recommend, as the hotel is in good location to both airports
Also - i was leaving the luggage with the hotel while being on safari, all was ok.

BF. Not ready. Took forever to get a to go order. The reception was awful. No regards to the guests. Reception desk unattended. We waited forever to check out as we were leaving for the airport. The security gate man was the one checking us in and out His name was Adden. Awful customer service did not care about us at all. Was hesitant to give us a receipt for our payments. Also some lady came in the morning as we were trying to check out and we asked for the owner's number or the Manager telephone number and she said she didn't know what it was. I will never recommend this hotel to anyone even if it was the last hotel in the city. SO SAD PEOPLE OUGHT TO LOOK INTO MANAGEMENT . VERY POOR SERVICE.
Customer service stinks
