I liked the location and the friendly staff.
The bed was very uncomfortable. It felt like sleeping on springs with no mattress whatsoever. Also, dragging luggage along the not so good pavements and having to carry them up and down the stairs wasn't so nice.
4.1
It was a very unique experience. Old world style furnishings and layout felt adventurous. The staff were very attentive and the food was very good. The steam room and massage were a nice touch.
They really need to get new hot water heaters. No noticeable hot water in the shower. It does appear really dated and needs some TLC in that area.
4.1
very nice authentic architecture of the buildings and design of the rooms. nice big terraces. closed territory, very quiet and private inside (it there is no party in a restaurant). nice and welcoming staff at reception, cafe and taverna.
WiFi is slow. you can hear other tenants’ walking, doors banging and even talking..
4.1
Excellent location and great manager who helped with late check out
4.1
comfortable room within a charming set of buildings. nice roof top bar and restaurant. excellent staff. very good food shops nearby. short and cheap Uber ride to shopping malls
some of the room fixtures were a bit worn
4.1
The breakfast and food in general were great.
They ned to spend some money on exterior interior renovations.
4.1
Breakfast was great at the Tavern, the establishment's dedicated restaurant. Very accommodating delivering breakfast to the room if required.
4.1
This is unique place by its deco and ambience.
One of the best Gyms I seen for awhile .
The premises rooms are cold.
TV’s signal is interfered all the time.
4.1
The breakfast is really really good, the location is convenient and walkable to a lot of places like cafes and convenience stores.
Housekeeping ofbthe bathrooms could have been a bit better
4.1
spacious, clean room with wonderful accents. A great gym with every machine you need and open windows.
The shower could use an upgrade. There’s no good place to lounge by the pool or anywhere else. The pool temperature was low, even for a Canadian
4.1
Friendly staff, clean facilities. KPs is my go to location. Also the location is very easy for me to get to / from work.
Place is nice, a bit dated, but nice. An upgrade of the bathrooms wouldn't hurt, but its not terrible. Check in process could be more efficient.

location is excellent. Nearby small shopping facilities. One can get anything thing required. Safe, Secure, and clean the staff was very helpful. Though my flight arrives very early morning they ley let me check in early [Though subject to availability [ Overall a good experience ]
Maintenance of small issues like sockets, lights /shaver sockets, toilets, and loose sockets.

The hotel wired double the amount of my creditcard (and more) and went silent on my calls and messages.. very inappropriate and never experience such a thing before
4.1
the food and service is really nice and the location is great. nice selection of good food that is well prepared and nice wine selection. great Wi-Fi availability and nice safe location with shopping and restaurants within a close distance.
the beds lack top sheets and they don’t change the towels more than once in a week. the cocktails are tasty but light on alcohol. the kitchen in the rooms is very sparse in cooking materials in case you plan to cook while staying there. only one pot and one fry pan.

The style of the property is nice, sort of Middle East style. The road is quite despite being close to Nairobi’s night life.
The restaurant and bar in the hotel are nice.
Internet was not working in my room and nobody was able to fix it.
Despite booking reported the check out at 12.00 I was told that the check out was at 10.00 and invited to leave.

Gym is decent and almost always empty
Great location
beautiful balcony, nice to hang
no room service at all, very inconvenient when you arrive after 9.00PM you are left with nothing
poor technical maintenance of the property
water in the shower feels oily and soupy on the skin, I suspect the filter is poorly maintained
room cleaning and litter removal only when u very persistently ask for it (had to ask every time), and once they come they smell so filcy that you have to shock-air the place afterwards (please, give clean working garment to the staff!!)
breakfast place is low key, feels like a kiosk in a university dorm
for no reason, they changed the light English bad blanket to a heavy duvet by mid of my stay with no bad linen, literally no linen (you had to sleep under a rather stinted duvet with NO covering linen)
had to ask several times for new towels and also toilet paper or water was not stocked-up… literally had to go every times to the receptionist and pick things up myself, not nice for a property like this
noisy neighbors during the night, could sleep only with ear plugs
4.1
many facilities, friendly staff, spacious appartments
the bathrooms were a bit outdated, housekeeping sometimes a bit sloppy (no vacuuming), no amenities refill or water.
4.1
Great location. Rooms are large and offer elf catering with a supermarket just 400m away.
It’s a little dated and in need of some modernisation.
4.1
nice interior. good restaurant
4.1
beautiful architecture, pleasant environment
wifi doesn’t work so well, cold and dark in the room, not enough staff to help

Loved the authentic design it holds, every little detail was taken into consideration. It's very unique property, like entering into a completely different country; it was spectacular. It provided every facility we could ask for. Thank you for hosting us.
We went around new years, so it was understaffed but its okay we understand their situation aswell.
4.1
The breakfast was plain simple and tasty! The rooms were the highlight, they are very royal in their own way!
Staff is not very courteous, they are not proactive with anything.
4.1

reception treatment not good also some of the staff the best part was bar man behaviour
4.1
