Nice size room but let down sharing bathroom, staff friendly and polite

Size of room very generous. Very quiet location. Off road parking.

Did not realise I was going to share bathroom, if I had known this I would not have booked here. Room was too cool for me, even when small heater supplied it did not warm the room as it cycled on and off - more off than on.

Luxury farmhouse living.

Our room was amazing. Huge and beautifully decorated with a high ceiling. Also a lovely iron bedframe, sofa, large ornate mirror and a quirky secret ensuite which was accessed through, what looked like, a cupboard door. The ensuite was spacious and the shower was very hot with good water pressure, also equipped with a rain shower.

Nothing, apart from the fact that it could have had better outdoor lighting both in the parking area and hotel signage. Both which were difficult to see in the dark.

Peaceful

I was greeted by Kim, who was really welcoming and helped me settle in. Maria wished me well when I left. A wonderful place and the rain did not stop me from enjoying the place of peace and rest.

Lovely BB, we will definitely stay again.

The room was lovely. Very oldie farmhousey. It was a very large room and so was the bathroom.

The flies around the light were a bit of a pain. That's all.

Stayed one night as a stop over on the way to Wales. Would stay there again.

A beautiful, quirky, quaint, quiet guest house. Loved the secret en-suite.

A little hard to see it from the road in the dark.

Great location to visit Bath

Ideal location for P&R into Bath. Host was very friendly and the breakfast was great.

If I had to be picky, the TV was obscured by the bed frame so we had to improvise by stacking drawers. Otherwise, nothing to complain about.

The place is in a bad location, there were no facilities, no food, far away from everything. Very disappointed 😞

We had a lovely stay at Claridges

Great location for the wedding venue we were going to. Our room was huge and beautiful, the bathroom was the size of most main hotel rooms! It was nice and quiet and very comfortable. Breakfast was excellent too. We would definitely stay here again. Excellent value for money compared to other local places to stay.

Good for a long weekend. Visited Bath and Bristol.

Very spacious room with comfy bed. Traditional farmhouse with old world charm. Very accommodating hostess. Hearty breakfast.

Would prefer en-suite bathroom however the communal one was large with rolltop bath.

Very good location for visits to Bath, Bristol, Wells, Weston-super-Mare. Atmospheric accommodation. Nice grounds. Very good beds. Spacious bathroom. Very friendly host: she provides useful suggestions for trips.

Accidently booked a room with a shared bathroom. Something to pay attention to when booking this accommodation. Two cloth hangers and two tea bags seemed a bit frugal. And although the wifi was brilliant, the tv did not seem to work. All minor issues, but easirly improved.

Maria the owner and host was delightful she even gave us a lift into town so kind

It was truly beautiful, dating back to 1800 it was just like a mini stately home

A very pleasant last minute overnight stay.

Lovely freshly made breakfast and coffee in a nice traditional farmhouse. Very friendly hosts who recommended some local restaurants.
