The property came well equipped with most of the
essential items, including hairdryer, can opener, kitchen towel, pans, cutlery, dishes, tea towels, bath towels, toilet roll, small shower gel and shampoo. I have issues with light coming in through the curtains and was surprised this property came with Black out curtains not only for the back door but on the main door and velux window too. No complaints on this. Location was great too with nice views.
Found toast crumbs on the side when we moved the toaster apart from this, the property was generally clean.
The floors were quite creaky almost every where you stepped in the room and it was quite noisy in the mornings but we didn’t let this ruin our stay.
The property was fine and no major issues. We were being very reasonable with the heating and only used when required as we would in our own home, the property in general was nice and warm and there was no need to have the heating on most of the time, the day before we left my partner must have put the heating up-to 32 degrees by mistake, we have never used anything like this before. A lady knocked on the door with a child, no introduction or anything and said the heatings on 32 degrees and that the house could blow up, and to keep it on 22 degrees, she said we must have unlocked something on the metre, no idea what she was talking about. We found this very rude and this really did spoil our stay. Firstly an introduction to who you are would have been nice and secondly we had sent msgs prior to this day and the owner had our number, we would have preferred they send a polite text msg and bring to our attention than someone come and knock on the door the way this lady did. We felt like we were being told off in front of a child present too. It wasn't nice for us and I don't think it was nice for the child either.

Beautiful location and a lovely little property. Idyllic, great views, peaceful, relaxing. Comfortable and cosy. What more could you want.
Electric gates didn't work due to heavy rain but that was soon sorted.
