Clean, friendly, great location.

Room was very clean. The hotel staff was very friendly. Locations is great.

I would suggest more variety of veggies for breakfast. E.g. bell pepper, olives, etc.

Bella location ma albergo non indimenticabile

La posizione è fantastica proprio davanti alla spiaggia. Molto bello e grande il balcone con vista sul mare.

La colazione era inclusa ma la qualità delle proposte, delle bibite e del caffè non era all'altezza. C'è il parcheggio interno ma abbiamo scoperto alla fine che il costo fosse di 10€ al giorno...

Pleasant stay in a familiar and friendly environment

The staff is friendly and pets are allowed and welcomed. Rooms are clean and with a comfortable terrace.

The room was quite small for 3 people and a a big size dog, but nevertheless comfortable.

Nice vacation with a great beach and clean sea

Good breakfast with a really friendly staff. Nice and clean room with a great balcony which even it is with a side view still have great view to the sea. Parking place with a roof so sun was not a problem.

. Mediocre hotel. Dim lights in room. Shabby decor. young guy who was at reception started shouting when I went to complain. Changed room but after a day we rebooked in another hotel. Booking.com must start checking tge adverts of cerrain hotels as photos looked good but when actuak there, you will find yourself back in time. A disaster. Avoid this hotel!!!

Superb

Breakfast was very good. The hotel is located near sea, very good location. The rooms are ancient, there is no luxury, the price per night was higher compared to what you get, but during the season they are high everywhere, so we were satisfied with the choice.

The position of the hotel is perfect.

The first impression about a hotel, when you get there, is from the reception. We arrived at the hotel in the evening and were greeted at the reception by a girl and a boy, very young who barely spoke English, where we found out that we were not getting the room we had confirmed (sea view, since in the pictures all the rooms had a sea view, without specifying that there are rooms with a street view). It wouldn't have been a problem, normally, but we were only staying one night and the sea view was the only criterion that made me choose this hotel, as we were in transit and our destination was different. I was told that I had to mention that I want this (even today I haven't found where it says that I have to mention if I want a sea view) then the young man cursed us about our nationality and told us that it would be good to learn to speak Italian. We asked to speak to a manager, but he was not in the hotel at the time and we had no choice but to take the room facing the street because we were tired and realized there was no way to solve it.

the staff was unpleasant and tried not to give all the information about sun-beds, breakfast time and etc. Staff was exceptional with Italian’s and rude with foreigners, won’t come back again….

The hot water had no pressure, so you need to make it quite cold for the shower to have an acceptable pressure.

Friendliness of all hotel staff. Especially the ladies who help in the dining room. And of course the location of the hotel. Next to the beach and so close to the city center.

Lack of cleanliness in the hotel. Obsolete equipment in the hotel.

Excellent for family with kids

We love our stay at Hotel Ambra! The hotel was very close to the beach actually infront of the beach. The room was clean and cosy with balcony. Mini fridge with 2 bottles of water. Staff are very nice and very friendly. Lunch and dinner at the hotel are the best and must try! The breakfast was very nice, you can eat italian and american breakfast! Parking is free. I recommend this hotel for long or short family vacation with kids. Surely we will come back here!

Good for a short stay

Super close to the beach and the main tourist street. Everything within walking distance. Very friendly staff and free parking

Neither the cleanest nor the biggest room and car parking was rather small so it happened that other cars blocked one another and leaving could take its time.
