Excellent good nights sleep and plenty to eat.

Great location close to autoroute, evening meal very nice, plenty for breakfast and bed very comfy. What more do you need for a stopover en route to UK.

The staff ( with the exception of the lady on reception in the morning ) were really helpful and friendly throughout. The restaurant was very good value and the food was good.

The sleeping accommodation is now very dated and extremely tired. It was clean however.

Een ideaal hotel als tussenstop.

Heel vriendelijk onthaal en vlotte toekenning van de kamers. Alles net. De wagen kon voor de kamer geparkeerd worden. Het gemak van een restaurant bij het hotel. Menu was heel lekker en bediening vriendelijk en vlot.

Er was geen douche maar een bad met hoge instap en met mogelijkheid om te douchen. In- en uitstappen van het bad ging moeilijk.

Overnight stop

The food served in the restaurant was surprisingly good for a basic chain hotel. Handy place to stay for an overnight stop if travelling through France. Plenty of parking. Reasonable choice of food at breakfast.

The rooms were quite stark and the hotel was motel style.

bonjour merci pour l'accueil chaleureux et un cuistot hors norme très bon repas sans oublier le personnel y compris les femmes de ménages pour leur discrétion et la propreté des chambres bonne journée

pour les clientèles de passage le petit déjeuner pourrait être décalé exemple jusqu'à 9h30 juste une suggestion chambre libérer à 10h très bien ce qui laisse le temps aux voyageurs de se lever de prendre leur petite douche et d'aller déjeuner merci à vous tous

ZU teuer für die doch veralteten Zimmer.

Abendessen war gut. Die Formulen mit Buffet für Desser und Vorspeisen interessant. Frühstück war reichlich und frisch. Badezimmer schön renoviert. Die Betten sind sehr gut und an das Temperatur gut angepasst.

Die Zimmer waren sehr klein und rochen ein bisschen muffig. Daher nicht preisangemessen. Die Heizung war alt und ohne Erklärung. Dadurch insg. kalt. Informationen in den Zimmer , wie das alles funktioniert wäre schön. Bettwäsche sauber aber teilw. gerissen oder mit Löcher. Frühstück war doch sehr teuer.

Le restaurant en arrivant qui n était pas conforme à ce qui était annoncé ni sur les prix ni sur les propositions Le fait de nous attribuer une chambre déjà donnée à quelqu’un d autre !! Nous avons failli entrer dans une chambre en pleine nuit déjà occupée !!!

Hotel: très bien - Restauration: à fuir

Parking, accueil à la réception et prise en compte des demandes pour une chambre au calme. Merci. Lits confortables.

En restauration: manque criant de personnel, de mise en place, aussi bien le soir que le matin. Conseil: mangez ailleurs! Le soir, pas de choix de sa table, service rapide pour les boissons. Après le buffet d'entrées, il faut réclamer pour faire marcher le plat. Le petit déjeuner, c'est une catastrophe: Ne tenez pas compte de l'inscription "attendez ici, on vous installe" car personne ne vient... Il y a un grand nombre de tables vides mais pas débarrassées. Donc pour avoir une place, vous devez vous même empiler les assiettes sur une table voisine. Ne parlons pas de désinfection de tables entre 2 clients... Et le buffet: plus de pain, ni de croissants, ni de pain choco, ni d'oeufs, ni de lard, ni de lait, juste 3 tranches de jambon et 2 tranches d'une seule sorte de fromage, et une seule machine à café qui mets 50 secondes entre 2 tasses, et qui ne rempli les tasses qu'à moitié, et comme il y a du monde, chaque fois 5 ou 6 minutes d'attente... Pas de thermos de café pour dépanner. La seule personne qui s'occupe du pdj était majoritairement en cuisine pour cuire du pain, des oeufs, couper du fromage et n'arrivait pas à réapprovisionner tout le buffet et encore moins à débarrasser les tables et s'occuper de remplir la machine à café. Très mauvaise mise en place et devoir manger entre de la vaisselle sale et un buffet vide et en plus attendre longtemps pour un café ...

A clean and comfy bed that serves a purpose if you are making a stop along the way

Good location not far from motorway and only 15mins by car into the centre of Troyes It was very clean and the beds were comfortable - it very much did the job as a stop-over

It is basically a set of small white (and bright green!) boxes with little or no character - no good for a longer stay but perfectly fine for what we needed. Lack of public transport back from town itself

Great for a quick stopover

The bedrooms and bathrooms were basic but spotless, I couldn't fault them for cleanliness. There was everything you needed for a comfortable stay, even tea & coffee in the rooms. Plus a really comfortable bed and excellent breakfast. It was near to the motorway, so useful as a stopover. The guy on the reception desk was friendly and helpful. The waiting staff less so. All in all a good stay though, I would recommend it.

The outside of the complex was a little shabby and could do with some TLC. I found it a little expensive for the basic quality of the room and the evening meal was a bit too costly for what it was, ie chicken and chips. There was however a buffet option that we didn't have.

Worth it just for the location.

Not the most luxurious of properties, but comfortable enough. Excellent location, easy to find just a few minutes off the autoroute, so would use again. Pleasant staff.

Bed was very hard.
