La hacienda es preciosa y las comidas buenas. El personal es muy amable.
No había gel de ducha ni kleenex en la habitación

Staff service, building was beautiful a little alpine like, beautiful gardens, food choices at breakfast and dinner, cosy bar area. Great shower in bathroom.
No tea/coffee making facility in the bedroom, no mini fridge in the bedroom. But there is a coffee shop on-site with lovely outdoor seating area.

Gran lugar, instalaciones fenomenales

The location is very good,
All the services are accurate and well organized.
Great the presence of small square gardens which offer to the guests the possibility to find exclusive and quite angles very well spread out all around the hotel structure.
The room 308 certainly nice as its position within the hotel which is very reach of green and flowers.
The presence of the Chapel is a real plus.
The staff is very nice and helpful.
Everything is good except for what stated below.
Very poor closet in the room, really unconfortable to organize the personal belongings!
The absence of drinkable water is a real problem even if apparently it's not so a big problem!
What can hurt is that doesn't seem fare the hotel policy to give one free 500ml bottle of water, not enough for the normal human daily consumption, charging to the guest the exceeding needs of water! What's worst is that the charge is made at a very high price. As a principle, this is not understandable because the absence of drinking water has to be considered as a structural deficiency of the hotel which, as so, cannot be turned to the guests.
Furthermore it has to be considered that this aspect, which represents a major fixed cost of the staying at the hotel, doesn't appear anywhere within the (contractual) information provided.

This place was a dream, I was so happy that I decided to stay here. I wish I would have been able to stay more time.
The one thing that I thought they should have in the bathrooms was salt baths.

This place is so gorgeous! Seriously above all expectations. The staff was friendly, calm and helpful. They even helped me find a dentist for an emergency. The food was great! I loved the café being open all day as I have a weird eating schedule. The room was impeccable.
Nothing to be honest. It was all great!

The room was infested with bugs & we’ve been waiting for a refund for weeks!

Beautiful hotel located in the Urubamba Valley in Cusco. This is a very nice and comfortable hotel surrounded by lovely gardens. Service was excellent and all personnel was kind and friendly.

Beautiful hotel, with a delightful coffee shop and good restaurants. Lots of open and beautiful spaces. Rooms are clean and confortable. Nice breakfast (not a lot of variety but they serve good fruit, eggs, nice local bread and a satisfactory coffee). The main restaurant serves a good variety of dishes (all of them very well prepared) but the service is a little bit slow. Waiters however are very nice and you can’t help but pleasantly wait.
The hotel also has a pizza place for simple and comfort food.
Rooms as spacious and clean, with all necessary amenities.
Re location, the hotel is located in front of a large park and the area is quiet. Some small shops around. if you’re in Urubamba though you will most likely move by car so this fact was neutral for our stay.
Some of the rooms look a little bit on the shabby side (old). They are clean and all but look like they could be revamped.

Great stuff, beautiful facilities
i like almost everything it just the property is locate far away of the store etc

I liked the food, the spectacular views, the place, like a little village. The service personnel were very cheerful and kind. I enjoyed spending my time there.
When an event arrives (wedding or birthday) almost all the service personnel attend that event, leaving the guests without proper attention.
4.6
The property is charming, with comfortable rooms, excellent food options.

The environment of the hotel was beautiful. House keeping left cute flowers on your bed everyday.
The staff didn't speak English. They couldn't help with simple questions (e.g. 'what does the happy hour mean?'). There was no information about any excursions. Bad isolation in the room and bad curtains so you woke up early due to noise and light. Breakfast was simple.

gorgeous rooms and surroundings
They really need to improve the breakfast- I mentioned this last time I stayed but no change. There isn’t enough variety and the bread is dry.
