Apartment type room. Big enough for 3 persons so its spacious. There is also hot shower. Kitchen has complete electronics and utensils. Has bamboo chairs and table outside the room so its good for lounging. There is also a shared balcony where you cam share it with others and also to hang your clothes during daytime. Also, downstairs there is a restaurant so its convenient when you want to eat immediately and not walk outside.
There is nothing. Everything is a great experience.

I like that the hotel is beach front and also near the port of some tour agency.
It's very far from station 1and 2. If you are looking for some interesting place to eat or hangout you have to walk very far.

Didn’t change sheets for the entirety of our stay

The Staff are so helpful and friendly.
We arrived early I mean really early at 6 am
We were lucky the rooms are free and let us check inn at 6 am instead of 2pm check inn time. I appreciate this so much as travelling with 14 people wasn't easy. The place has that relaxing feeling. Thank you so much 💓
Nothing at all

Comfortable and spacious room. As a foodie myself, its great to have a full functional kitchen and a location near the local shops.
It's ideal for a family like us.

Value for money
Location is beach front which is good, quite far from d'mall, 20-25 mins. walk but it's fine.
Thai food is highly recommended, we ate our lunch there upon arrival, worth the price.
Wifi is not shared proactively. I had to ask one of the staff for the password and they typed it on my phone but it would be great for them to just gave it out upon check in as most guests have multiple gadgets with them, in our case, we brought 5 with us.

The location was excellent. We stayed for 2 weeks after spending the previous 2 weeks traveling through cebu and palawan so we were looking forward to relaxing for 2 weeks on Boracay. I knew when arriving that this place was a budget accommodation and all my previous stays in the Philippines were also budget accommodations. however i was disappointed with the aesthetics of this place, While the location was excellent and staff lovely the place was in need of serious re painting and attention to detail. The walls were was very worn, tired and dilapidated looking. even the bamboo blinds on the terrace were in serious need of replacing. that aside the room was spacious and cleaned everyday. I just wish there were more pillows provided for the bed. I am usually not one for complaining but when we paid over €900 for 2 weeks, and that didn't even have breakfast included, i was quite annoyed when i found other far more luxurious accommodations on the same beach for the same price or maybe a little extra more money than what we paid and they also included breakfast every morning! I will say though that their food in their Thai restaurant was phenomenal! In my opinion between the restaurant which is always busy and the hotel which seems to be fully booked all the time that we were there, and the prices that are charged, i think there is no excuse for not painting the walls and replacing old worn bamboo blinds and giving the place a more fresh look! I will return to Boracay in the future but just not to Sulu Plaza, However i will dine at their Thai restaurant again! :)
lack of pillows on the bed, walls and blinds needed re freshing and re painting, charge the same price as some other hotels that are more modern , luxurious and upscale

Location is perfect
Sincerely, apartment is Ok. However when we stayed, few days ago passed a typhoon which affected electrticy conditions of all island. I’m so sorry about that, also I understand situation but it’s not customer fault.
I mean, I paid for several facilities which I could not join. For instance: no A/C, no hot water, no kitchen, no fan, no light...
As hotel you had several options to offer us before check in, at least explain situation, remarking facilities that can use and which ones not, “true”schedule of electricity due to generator ( I said “true” because during out stay generator does not achieve proposed schedule), etc. After that, it’s customer decision if finally accepts stay there or not.
- If not, offer refund without any charge.
- If yes, offer disconunt per night.
I paid 8000 pesos for 2 nights without any facility. It’s true that they gave us back 1000 pesos, but after complain to hotel during check out. If not, would be 9000 pesos.
We spend too much money for nothing.
As I said, we can understand electricity situation. But it’s not a customer fault.
And as a hotel, it’s your duty to inform to customer about hotel conditions before check in.
