A great location for visiting several places of interest in the surrounding area. A beautiful property and lovely hosts, Mike & Sue. Views over a gorgeous garden from our back bedroom which was comfortable with lovely bedding. On arrival we were greeted with homemade biscuits which were devine!! Delicious breakfast and a big selection. Homemade jams, marmalade and chutney made by Sue (Mrs M) and we were able to purchase some to take home with us. Would definitely recommend and we wouldn’t hesitate to stay again should we get the opportunity.

Breakfast was excellent!
Plenty of choice, Sue is a really good cook and it was well presented.
Our room was comfortable and we enjoyed a good night’s sleep.

Really friendly and accommodating hosts! Linden B&B had a homely feel that instantly made you feel at ease and comfortable. It was a great location for our friend's wedding a walk down the road, for which they even provided umbrella's and pre-warned us to have our torches due to limited street lighting. The breakfast was superb, cooked to perfection and they ensured we were well fed, the perfect amount.
It was all great.

The property is situated in a nice quiet place. The house is modern, very clean offering all facilities needed, extra large bed, very comfortable, clean sheets, towels etc The owners are very nice people, very friendly willing to help with whatever needed.
I couldn’t find any fault, probably not the best time of the year to visit the surroundings (end of February) but still we could find things to do.

Having been fully refurbished the room was immaculate and had a good number of refinement. The shower was fully automatic and the mirror enen had the time embedded into it and mirror light operated by touch.
From both the alarm clock to the charging station for mobiles and similar devices every need seems to be covered.
Breakfast was superb and was well recieved by us both. The host makes jams and chutneys, and are available for purchase.
Nothing we didn't like

Only 5 minutes from the Ffolke Arms wedding venue but rooms half the price!
Great breakfast, perfect poached eggs.
Excellent hosts. Lovely view over back garden.
Mattress a bit hard for me but that’s a personal choice . No way to please everyone.

The breakfasts were very enjoyable - well cooked and a very good choice was offered. A wide range of jams and chutney are also available - all made by the host Sue, and are also available to purchase. The owners - Sue and Mike are excellent hosts, very welcoming, caring and helpful. The house is immaculately kept and very clean. They have paid attention to detail for the benefit of visitors, and nothing seems to be too much trouble. Upon arrival we were immediately offered a drink and biscuits and shown into the lounge overlooking the rear garden. Our room was clean and comfortable with a large selection of teas, coffee and home made biscuits. The shower was excellent and a good range of toiletries were provided. We would have no hesitation in returning and would certainly recommend this B & B to others.
There was absolutely nothing to dislike at this property !

Great breakfast with very tasty home made jams and marmalades (Mrs M's Lime marmalade was my favourite - a selection of Jams, Marmalades and Chutneys were available to buy too - we ended up buying 4 as they were so tasty!). Lovely hosts Sue and Mike who were friendly and informative and organise. A beautiful garden with lovely views and pond with several lovely places to sit outside. A large guest lounge with lots of local information and TV. Great bedroom, fantastic homemade shortbread biscuits (which we also bought some to take home with us!) provided with the tea, coffee and spring water in the room, very nifty little fans on each bedside to provide virtually silent breeze to help feel cool. Lets not forget the beautiful Kiki, the cat, who stayed in the garden (she is not allowed inside the B&B rooms) and followed us around was very friendly! a great base to explore north Norfolk (Kings Lynn, Fakenham, the Burnhams, a working windmill nearby and the stunning Norfolk coastline such as Holkham (with its stately home) Wells Next the Sea etc etc. Thank you Sue and Mike for a lovely stay - Highly recommended!!

Views of garden and beyond from bedroom were excellent. Mike was so kind and friendly and knowledgeable. He recommended a few places to eat and was not disappointed, in fact we were blown away!
Breakfast was excellent. The whole accommodation was first class. The rear garden was beautiful and there was seating outside for a cup of tea. The garden must be stunning in the summer months.
We will definitely be returning.
Nothing to not like, in fact beyond expectation
