very comfortable beds, airconditioning, flexible check in (we arrived later than we had planned and that was no problem), free tea and coffee in the lobby
the small bathroom was rather old and basic

Location near by the laguna
Slow wi-fi connection
Very small room requiring some reconstruction

The toilletes bowl had a big problem. Dark no windows from outside

Nice service. Clean
Very small rooms, not enough space, not every room has a balcony, our view was small dirty backyard. Expensive for what you get

Great location to the dead and the town center, supermarket and restaurants are near by.
Room is spacious enough, AC included.
Not a 100% clean, beds are super short for average European, staff was ok but not super welcoming and friendly.

Spacious studio apartment. Good location, close to the beach. Nice balcony which is shared with the other studio, no one was using it at the time we were there so we had it to ourselves. Free water and coffee!
The WiFi was not great, the air conditioner wasn’t working in our room.

Great hotel, we booked last minute and arrived in the evening. We haven't had a morning boat tour booked but Receptionist was helpful and gave us a number for a local boat tour guide (we had amazing time with him and I highly recommend the tour). The hotel studio was spacious, clean and had great balcony. It is in quiet area and parking available. I highly recommend
all was great :-)

The room was decorated lovely with nice touches like towels turned into swans. The toiletries were very posh and it had a great balcony
It would have been 8 stars but because they fully booked the hotel with a coach party we had no water the first night for showers, the next morning the toilet wouldn't flush and the coach party were preparing their food right outside the hotel entrance. There was no sink for washing up in our room so we asked to be moved the next night, you can't advertise it as a kitchenette with no washing up facilities. Also a fair was being dismantled right in front of us so there was rubbish, noise and filth everywhere. The internet was very intermittent too. The last 2 nights we were there were better though.

Located very close to the lake, clean room and friendly staff members. Overall, a cool place to stay when visiting Rio Lagartos.

it was clean and convenient.
the WiFi wasn’t working. Tried putting the password on all their accounts and it wouldn’t work and even said that the username or password were incorrect. Also our air conditioner didn’t work properly, it had to be set very low to get the room comfortable and it leaked onto the table and the bed.

The bed was comfortable and the fridge worked.
The microwave didn't work. There were no utensils to eat your food with even if the microwave would of worked. The balcony was shared with another room which was really bizarre. It was uncomfortable sitting outside another person's room. The room faced the basketball court which seemed to be the hub for activity within the town and very noisy. People were noisy in the hotel hallways early in the mornings and until approx. 11:00 pm. The air conditioner worked but was extremely noisy.
