Living area and size is good, as is the location... but the bathroom and washing machine are not.

Size of the apartment was good. Location was good, short walk to everything.

The bathroom was pretty average - grout stains, general stains and just not very well maintained. The apartment comes with a washing machine but it is near useless... and ridiculously loud! The doona falls victim to being clad in 2 sheets instead of an old-fashioned doona cover. I personally hate this.

An enjoyable stay in a great location, with room for improvement

Location was fantastic! So close to many attractions and city centre shopping. Room size and amenities available such as the kitchen and fridge/freezer were great! Room was clean as well with some nice welcome treats!

Shower was really bad. The pressure was too low and it was hard to get a good sweet spot where the water wasn't too hot or too cold. I felt like I couldn't get a good clean because of the low water pressure. It would be better if the shower head was flexible/movable. It's hard to avoid - the room was rather noisy at night due to being in the middle of the city. I think it would be nice if reception offered free ear plugs. I also didn't like that I didn't get any check-in information until on the day of arrival - it made me a bit stressed as to whether or not I would get the info as I was arriving after reception hours.

Great for a 5 day staycation and close to absolutely everything you need.. trams, restaurants, shopp

Stayed in a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom family Apartment which has everything you need and is very comfortable but it’s just the curtains and carpet need an update. Fantastic location

I keep coming back as it is great value and a perfect base for my work in Australia's largest city.

Fantastic and comfortable apartment which would be a great option for a longer stay. In the same block as all of the A list retail stores in the heart of the Melbourne CBD.

Fab location and service

Front desk staff were excellent. Location, spaciousness and attention to our requests.

Lounge furniture is stained. There is a leak in the roof of the ensuite bathroom.

It was basic but fine for a quick work stay.

Location was very good & it’s a good size space

It was fairly basic but fine. Very dark in my room and I couldn’t open the curtains as there was a large advertising hording outside that would reflect in the room

We had an exceptional short break in Melbourne City, and this apartment was handy to everything!

Excellent city location close to shops and public transport (trams and Melbourne Central Station) Excellent value for money Self contained unit with washer/dryer, kitchenette, air-conditioned, TV, free wifi

Apartments are older style, but still worth the money that we paid Could be cleaner

Location is excellent. Everything else is very mediocre.

Property is in need of refurbishment. Everything is very tired and rundown. Carpet is frayed and held down with duct tape. Furniture is chipped. Walls and curtains are stained. We stayed for 5 nights over the Easter weekend and the room was not serviced during this time as they had staff shortages.

Dirty room

The lady i was dealing with was great.

Went to check into my room and found the door was jammed open with a towel walk in and found boxes and dirty plates in the kitchen, bed wasent made, there was a shaver in the bathroom still, didnt know if someone was still in there or they didnt clean the room. Very bad experience from urban apartments, the lady at reception was great and found a other room to stay in, but didnt get offered a refund or anything for my inconvenience.

Fantastic Location

Location of Hotel was great for my shopping weekend. Very quiet inside and staff extremely helpful with tram information. I will return.

Great location, but rooms need to be renovated!

It was handy that there was a 24 hour reception desk and the location is right in the middle of the CBD.

The apartment is quite old and a little gross due to patchy repair work, minor water damage in the bathrooms. The beds were two single beds pushed together, which is never fun! Overall they are just old outdated rooms that need renovating. I guess there is a reasons there are no pictures of the bathrooms.

I stay in the city a lot with a list that evolves, this place has made it for being quiet and comfy.

Spending a short night in at a hotel that was in a perfect location for an excellent night sleep in a large bed. Separate couch and chilling space made the place feel homely. Was extremely quiet through the night which I really do appreciate.

Only very tiny minor issue I found was the curtains, I couldn't figure out if there was a cord to close and the blinds were behind the lace which made shutting out the light just a little interesting.

Although the apartment was clearly well used and a bit worn around the edges, it was clean, comfortable, and met our needs completely. It was located in the heart of the city as required. A good stay.

The door didn't self-close properly at first, but reception arranged for the necessary fix.

If staying in the CBD for a night or Two - Highly recommend

I enjoyed the 24hr reception desk and professional manner we were presented with. room sizes were amazing and well set out. and perfect location to just go wondering around or take a trip to the casino after a dinner. Well priced for what you get.

the rooms weren't well up to date with the décor but that isn't something major considering the ups the rooms had to offer in regards to size and location.
