Great base for a work event nearby.

The staff were really lovely and helpful. Comfy beds, clean sheets, good breakfast

My shower/bath had issues meaning I couldn’t use it. I had to rush to work so annoying not to be able to use it on my first morning But the staff sorted it out as soon as I let them know later that evening.

Nice but for the money I'd stay at the Snug in Bourne every time

Great location, great nights sleep, very small room with no table and hotel had no evening facilities, but there is plenty of places to eat within walking distance

A great stay in a lovely quaint hotel right in the town centre.

The family room was well appointed with a double and single bed, tea/coffee and a nice size bath/shower. The full English breakfast was exceptional, served with a pot of tea. Cereals and juices were also available. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Free parking in the adjacent public car park was a great bonus.

Nearly everything. Very comfy room, nicely decorated, quirky furnished. Excellent breakfast. Friendly staff.

There was a smell of sewage - strong in the majn stairwell. Also smelled it in the room bathroom. I suspect an issue in the main sewer pipes, and possibly an issue with the ventilation.

The staff were cheerful and obliging and the location was ideal for my purposes

The room was sold as a deluxe double room. There was no mention of three flights of stairs (no lift) to get to the room. The room floor space was minimal and reminiscent of a childs playroom with a double bed in the middle. The central heating was not operating so it was chilly, although I discovered later that there was an electric heater in the cupboard/wardrobe..

A pleasant overall stay.

Good breakfast. Tidy and clean room . Staff good. Town has plenty of amenities within walking distance

On street room was noisy until late. Parking a little difficult although quite close. No shower which I was unaware of. Not staffed after 5pm. No evening bar or sitting areas etc.

nothing was too much of an effort for the lovely staff and owners of this fabulous hotel

spotlessly clean

unfortunately with it being a listed building there is not lift for disabled access to bedrooms which was so difficult for my 90 yr mum .. but we managed with a lot of help from our family members .. but we understood the restrictions that a listed building have to adhere to
