Good variety of food.
Would’ve expected more table service giving the rating of the hotel.
Self service was quite chaotic.

Location great for our needs. Spacious room with 2 large beds. Easy access to all areas.
Nothing I didn't like, but would prefer to have walk in shower available.

It was the most incredible hotel I have ever stayed at, the staff were so friendly and welcoming, the room was immaculate and so clean

Room was big & comfy.
After booking b&b, being told at check-in that breakfast was included, when we went down for breakfast we were told it’s an extra £30, spoke to reception who were no help, messaged the hotel & still no reply.
Also our booking says garden view, but we were put in a room overlooking the carpark.

The facilities are great - the gym had more equipment than most resorts I have been too and the pool, sauna and steam room are spacious enough it doesn't feel crowded even at the weekend.
The golf green is gorgeous in the right weather and the staff were helpful when needed.
The restaurant menu is rather limited and not very varied, however, the waiting staff are very friendly and professional.
The room air-conditioning could use an update but still worked.

Breakfast and evening meal were both good.
Great choice at breakfast.
room was extremely hot.
Bedding winter weight and very uncomfortable.
Air con unit huge and too noisy to use throughout night although the reception recognised this issue and confirmed they were going to to be changed for more suitable units.

Just a weekend away for my wife and myself to chill and do nothing at all

The hotel facilities are very good
Breakfast was expensive and just a buffet, table service would have been better

Location and surroundings are great. It’s quite beautiful and has feel of calm luxury. Best part, dogs can stay for free - we had our 4 months old puppy with us, to be honest we don’t have anything to compare it with as this was our first time ever taking a dog to a hotel with us, but you could get only doggy snacks at the bar at 12am, no human snacks as they only had drinks available, so I think our dog quite enjoyed his stay. We booked a family room and had two very comfortable double beds, a large bathroom and plenty of room for all 4 of us. Best thing about the breakfast was that coffee was quite good, they had a very good coffee machine compared to usually horrible coffees you can get at a hotel, and the rest was standard, nice food - egg and bacon and beans, fruit , cereal and pastries. I imagine in summer this place is even better. Plus there is a swimming pool and spa and golf. I really would like to return to this place.
The weather - it was typical for England - raining, not nice for long walks with our doggie, but I was surprised how many people were still playing golf. We could see them playing from our window. The place is quite big and our room was a little trek away from then reception, it takes a while to figure out all the ways how you can get outside and to the restaurant or anywhere else. I really liked our room it was nice and looked refreshed, only the old, big wardrobe had seen some better days. I’m embarrassed to say, it took us quite some time to turn the lights on in the room, the only light at the ceiling is above the door. Took me and my husband ages to fined the little button under the bedside lamps. I think we are too spoiled when you just need to put the card next to the door and all the lights switches on.

A beautiful spa trip! Lovely interior and really friendly and helpful staff. Great breakfast buffet and gym facilities, much needed break!
Could of been mini shower gels in the bathroom, thin walls

We loved the location it was perfect for us one night stay on our way to Crawley to visit family - the staff are so polite helpful and friendly - we returned a week later on route back home as it was so nice - one thing the restaurant was full and we ate in the bar which was ok but we had fish cakes and they forgot to put on the chilli jam - the bar staff were so busy they didn’t have time to go and get it - small thing really but fish cakes need chilli jam.
One other thing the young lady front of house booked us in she was delightful I asked if there was a trolley for luggage and I expected a porter to help but she got it - and wheeled it with luggage to our room - she said it’s fine -where have the porters gone artificial intelligence cannot do that job - or can the ?
Kind regards
The drinks and the food are expensive.

The decor was lovely, the place was beautiful to look at.
Breakfast catered for vegans and the selection was great.
Staff were very helpful.
Massive spider in the bedroom, had to change rooms but wasn't an issue
Hotel was super busy but wasn't too noisy to sleep.

staff were great. Olivia on the front desk was extremely helpful and Harry in the restaurant was also extremely attentive and provided advice on the menu.
my room was a long walk away with no assistance with bags

Remote in nice countryside
Dinner menu limited and boring and portions small for what you pay
Must be a good 85% margin there

Presentation of the food and a particular attentive staff member were very good although the food was tepid in temperature
Staff at the reception were very poorly organised, and struggled to answer even the simplest of questions. Better traing and man management is needed

TV could do with an update like a smart TV with Netflix on it

Room was very good - comfortable and quiet, with a large bathroom. The evening meal in the restaurant was excellent - much better than I was expecting, and very efficient service.

Room was very spacious with comfy beds. Lots of free excellent leisure facilities, driving range very reasonably priced. Restaurant had decent sized food portions for the prices and plenty of choice at Breakfast. Couldn't fault the staff either.
If I had to be really picky, the net curtain in our room had several holes and the window was not clean. Didn't bother us as we spent little time in our room but some would easily moan at. As a first time visitor, it would have been nice if the site facilities were explained in a little more detail at reception, but no real complains really.

Everything the place was amazing. Great service and rooms to the point we got another night.. Will definitely be returning
