Posizione eccellente. Un po’ più di spazio in camera avrebbe contribuito sensibilmente ad un giudizio migliore

Posizione eccellenze. Letteralmente a pochissimi passi dalla piazza principale e nel pieno dentro storico. Vicinissima alla stazione dei treni ed ai principali punti di interesse turistico/culturali spessornaggiungibilianpiedino con poche fermate di bus

Overall is property is OK for the price paid

Very good location. Breakfast is ok could be better.

Booked 2 same room same price but the rooms are different. One is bigger than the other. Separate menu for some items but never get to order is they are too busy to entertain.

Liked everything We were surprised how lovely Ravenna is as we used this only to access our cruise ship and tbh didnt expect much Great restraunts Good local transport and great Unesco sites to visit Intend to go back

Breakfast was good and staff excellent! Front desk staff friendly as well! Just dispoointed with no A/C!!

The hotel is in a great location! Everything right at your fingertips! Great location for restaurants, cafes, gelato and shoppjng!

There is no air conditioning in right now in the rooms and it was a sooo hot in the room that we didn’t fall asleep until 2am, even with the windows open!! It advertises a/c and when we told the gentleman at the desk he said it will be on from 4-10pm! Never happened!! When we asked the woman at the desk later that night, she said they don’t have a/c!!!????? Thank god we weren’t staying another night and it was only beginning of May!

Super comfortable, centrally located.

The air conditioning worked perfectly in a terrible heat wave. There were plenty of towels and other supplies. The beds were comfortable and the staff was friendly. The breakfast was delicious. The best thing is that it was located right off the main square in this walkable city. We walked to see all the mosaics. It was even close enough to walk to the train station. I highly recommend.

I was not satisfied with my stay at this hotel. Lack of internet access was a serious problem.

The check-in was excellent. The man was friendly and helpful. The single room was good in terms of size, and included a large desk, which I normally need.

The internet did not work during my entire stay (a weekend). The man at the reception on check-in was apologetic, in contrast to other staff. One staff member helped to improve access by contacting another hotel, but this access was was not adequate for my needs and was inconvenient. My onward travel plans and financial matters were difficult to organise. The bathroom was a challenge, even for me as a small person. The breakfast was ordinary, with no warm food and a limited range of items.

The room is small - what is expected for a 'basic' 'single' room, but the space is utilized well. The room is air-conditioned, has a luggage stand, a working desk with a chair, a small fridge (aka mini-bar), a wardrobe with a safe inside and a comfy bed.

This hotel was an easy walk from the train station. There were lots of eateries nearby. Local historic sights were within walking distance. Breakfast was very good. The staff was quite helpful.

Comfortable hotel in the centre of Ravenna

Great location in a quiet street in the old town centre. Good breakfast, comfortable room. Accessible by car although garage parking is available about 300m away. Friendly and helpful staff.

Prefer walk-in shower to bath/shower.
