The staff was very rude, she didn't care about us, I had my period and needed new bed sheets, the receptionist didnt care. None cleaned our room or provided clean bes sheets. Also asked for extra amenities like toilet paper and again didnt care.

Room was comfortable overall.
Despite booking, pre-paying and completing the online check in, I arrived just before midnight to be told they had no rooms and I would need to another hotel for the night. Night staff advised rooms are routinely oversold. Despite the inconvenience, was told my room was non-fundable but I could have one drink voucher for the inconvenience. General customer service was poor.

Staff friendly, breakfast was good.
There was a bit of street noise though the windows, pubs close by, which made it hard for my wife to sleep. She thought window was open but was closed.

Room was clean and comfortable. Staff were pleasant and helpful. Stuart and Pierce were particularly helpful to us. Location is very good, near the centre.
Broken glass in the elevator with a caution sign beside it. Was still there a few hours later. I felt like sweeping it up myself.
Ordered a Chicken Caesar Salad one evening. It was a bowl of stale lettuce with a few dried pieces of chicken in it. I sent it back.

We were in such a central location and only a nice walk from most of the attractions and also the nightlife. The bus station wasn’t too far away. It was also very quiet with no outside traffic noise, but we did experience some noise from some rowdy teenagers a few rooms away. They soon scuttled away when we told them off.

The staff were brilliant. Incredibly accommodating and very helpful. The hotel is immaculately clean everywhere.
There was a smell in room 905 from the bathroom. It smelt like stale drainage. If I closed the door to the bathroom when I wasn't using it, contained it, so not a huge problem, just a bit smelly when showering. The basin in the bathroom also had a bit of a whiff.
It would have been helpful if the lamp on the table could have had a bulb in it. Again, no problem, but it would have been useful.

The staff member who came to the door was very apologetic and nice so no issues there just the fact that there was no rooms but advertised as there were
Only reason scored so low as they said they had rooms for the 3rd-4th March at around 12 am took the money even though there was no rooms and it was nonrefundable

Localização muito boa para quem visita Belfast e os funcionários de forma generalizada são muito simpáticos
A casa de banho era do tipo portátil, foi montada no quarto e um pouco minimalista

Staff were very helpful and friendly, even when clearly very busy. 24hr pizza- great idea! Tho did run out on the sat night 😕 breakfast was good and worth money. Comfy beds.
Did have to wait until replenished the buffet breakfast, but that could just have been my timing. It wasnt a long wait tho and food was lovely.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Bouncers on door at night were also great and made us feel very secure.
Rooms were very clean and also quiet. I would stay here again and recommend. It is also very close to the airport bus pick up for going to the airport which was super helpful.
Location was not quite as far into the Cathedral quarter as we had assumed and quite near main A roads. But that was more on us for not researching it properly. We were able to walk to most places quickly and used taxis coming back late at night.

Excellent location. Rooms very clean and staff extremely helpful(Checked in early and provided us with warm milk in the morning) Cheap parking across the road.(Above Iceland)
Booked a king bed but would book a bigger room with a mini-fridge next time as this would have made our stay with our 2 year old alot easier.
