Erityisen viihtyisä oli majapaikan ravintola, jossa nautimme aamiaisen. Pieni ja kodikas, jollaisia harvemmin olemme yleensä löytäneet Saksassa.
Suomalaisen paikan nimi voisi olla myös suomeksi eli esim. keskikievari tuon kansainvälisen nimen rinnalla. Nimen omaan rinnalla ei yksinomaisena. ;?

the location and the cleanliness were excellent
the bed could’ve used a little more padding. we could feel the springs underneath

Nothing, this was a horrible experience and we were forced to stay as they would not provide us a refund to stay somewhere else !
The room was full of diesel fumes, very very strong!! They heat the domes by diesel heater and have the exhaust fumes comeing back into the room instead of being pumped outside. No one should be forced to sleep in this! I'm still horrified by this experince, they refunsed to give us a refund after we made it very clear we will not sleep in diesel fumes, they still refused to refund. I'm disgusted with the experince.
Ontop if this , the water was not working, there were no pots, pans, Cutlery or plate Wear so the kitchen could not be used at all....... the toilet did not work and they could not fix it at the time so we had no toilet.
I am waiting for full refund and I will not stop until this situation is resolved! This was a terrible terrible experience for so many reasons.
False advertising and health and safety to begin with.

We were there in February and had a wonderful time. The rooms are nice, the surroundings are great and there are many activities on offer. We did a husky tour across the frozen lake in winter and were able to see the Northern Lights every night. It's a family atmosphere, far away from tourism. Absolutely recommended!

the location is very accessible. close to bus station and grocery store. Breakfast 2 thumbs up. It’s the most cheapest but with nice service

They have a good breakfast, the igloo is small but it’s perfect to try to see northern lights.
I believe the only problem is don’t have shower inside the igloo.

Appartement was quite spacious with two bedrooms. Beds were okay.
The building however was not very well maintained. Door lock didn't work properly. Furniture and the kitchen were quite old. WiFi did not work reliably. Description and pictures on booking.com were missleading (e.g. no gym available). Overall the accomodation was not better than an average cabin on a camping ground and quite expensive. Cannot recommend.

Great budget option. The room had an amazing lake view, with igloos right in front of us. We were even able to see aurora through our window! There was also a kettle and a microwave in our room. Nice breakfast too!
The bathroom floor is uneven and slippery, it needs fixing.

The location was great, close to the bus from/to Rovaniemi. They have a restaurant where you can have drinks or dinner as they are not many things in the surrounding area.

Beautiful view and great activities. We asked to have the igloo at the front which meant we had an uninterrupted view which was amazing. We liked being able to eat at the guesthouse and the friendly staff. Complimentary breakfast was also a bonus. The children in the family that run this property were a lot of fun and very friendly. The staff were helpful and kind.
It was a little difficult to drag our bags through the snow to the igloo. When we left they had cleared the snow more which was helpful.
The bathrooms were not quite at the level you’d expect when paying this much for accommodation. They were not very clean and were run down. The shower was also cold on our first morning but it was 7am so it may not have heated up yet. Our second morning had a warm shower.
When we checked in we didn’t get a warm welcome from the young person checking us in or clear instructions on things like where the showers were. We arrived at 7:30pm so this may have been due to it being busy. Everyone else was very kind!

Loved the Igloo. Was a great experience.
We were far too close to each other and the glass view looked straight into other igloos which was not as described. Apparently they were unable to move them and offered no compensation. This was the most expensive accommodation we had booked and it was a lot of money for one night to be looking at another igloo and having no privacy!

The staff was so helpful, cheerful and they go beyond the expectations to help their guests with anything they need.
They have a decent sauna, wood fire grill house you can use to do your BBQ and warm up, extra activities provider who gives authentic experiences in a very reasonable prices. I recommend it for Solo/Couple/Group of friends and family travelers. I cant wait to go back again with all my friends! We had a nice Igloo experience.
all is great, nothing to worry about!

Everything! If you are lucky enough, you can see auroras without getting out of your igloo!
Nothing! Being in the igloo, WC is not a typical one, but having that in an igloo is still a luxury.

glass igloo can be pretty cool in summer time, it is quite romantic for a couple to sleep in the igloo actually
for winter it’s a bit tough to drag the luggage to the igloo and we keep bump our head to the door as it’s not tall

Location so closed to lake.
A lot of noise from neighboring rooms, including a drunk people who screamed in the night.

Very decent priced lodging. The place had a really nice traditional style restaurant with nice servings made from local meat and also very nice local brews. The place also seemed to have many interesting activities available, which I, as a business traveller didn't have time to try.

It was so special, we used the sauna facilities they were a great experience. The staff were so friendly and made us very comfortable. We were taken out onto the lake overnright and we were so extremely lucky to witness the Aurora 🥰 couldnt recommend this place enough.! Hope we get to visit again.we also has to leave early so they made up a breakfast to go for us which was full of choice.
We had to leave..

The accomodation was good. Location near Ranua zoo was nice.
We paid premium price for premium experience and that didnt happen.
We didnt have the required amount of beds in the igloo, and after first remark, we didnt get them - needed to ask few hours later again. Also, we were shown where to find cleaning stuff to remove snow from the igloo ceiling - for the price we paid, I would have assumed this would have been done for us.

Sauna, lake nearby, breakfast, friendly stuff
Old building. No kitchen in the room.
