Poor

I didn't stay. Had a look and decided to find somewhere else. Very tired looking property, smelt of mothballs and continual banging from construction going on. I would recommend they fix what they have before adding more...

it is not fancy but so homely and so close to everything. the staff are lovely and if you like the company of locals more than stuck up tourists like I do you will love staying here . you feel safe and welcome and meeting like minded traveler’s is a bonus .

wifi вельмі дрэнны, можна сказаць што амаль няма. Гарачай вады - ледзь цёплая. Такое адчуванне што гатэль быў закінуты 10 гадоў, потым яго проста адкрылі і нічога не мянялі, проста падмялі

Very poor

Nice staff as always in Bali.

My room stank of mold and moisture. Even the matress, pillow and bed sheets smelled terrible. Paint falling off the walls. Same with the bathroom. And no soap, no toilet paper, no bin. You can find something way better for this money.

Lovely budget hotel close to beach

Lovely big room and really friendly staff. Great value for money. It's not a top end resort.

The hotel is not new so it's well lived in Suits us fine as we have kids so didn't need to worry about "not touching walls" etc

Really bad, it's a pitty

- rooms are big and villa architectural design is great, it's a pitty nobody renovates it - price is unbeatable, so if you are on a budget you cannot find something cheaper - close to jimbaran beach

- the room and the outside require massive renovations - the sheets are dirty and smelly and probably they had bed bugs - the bed mattress is unconfortable - there is an old smell in all the rooms - pool is dirty and unusable - no view from the room

Great area and close to the beach

We have stayed here on many occasions in the past 12 months it is convinient to every thing we need in the area and great value for money, we have sent many friends to stay here and all agree it is good you have freedom to use the kitchen . We will be back soon.

The hotel was very cozy and quiet. Nice staff and if you don't need luxury you ll be fine here. It was clean and I had a huge appartment next to a pool for a very cheap price, also next to the sea, what more do you want.Will definitely come back

OK it's a little bit older but you get a big appartment, a small garden and a pool for a very cheap price so if you expect luxury, maybe go somewhere else. I really enjoyed my stay and prolonged for 2 days. It's cozy, friendly staff and very close to the beach. Can't complain and will come back. They also have a very friendly dog and some cats living there

The worst place I’ve ever been in my life. Creepy dirty place. The only good point is the location. The staff is friendly but useless. Avoid this place at all cost! And don’t trust the pictures! It’s below zero stars...
