Exceptional stay; we can't wait to return

My mother and I could not have had a better time at Broadstairs House B&B. Our room (and the whole property) was stunning, the tailor-made breakfasts were delicious, and we were welcomed with great warmth by the owners. The B&B is perfectly located: just 10 minutes' walk from the sea.

What a Breakfast!

Jenny and Peter were lovely hosts, they made us feel so welcomed. The room was great and the bed was so comfortable. The breakfast was one of the best we ever had. Our daughter loved the pancakes. The location was perfect for us, it wasn't too far from the beach and the restaurants.

Absolutely Fantastic!! Flawless. Wonderful host Peter looked after us and made us amazing breakfasts. A very very cool guy. This place is lovely. Cannot recommend it enough. Can't wait to go back. The room was spotless. Loads of cool stuff in it. Very nice people who know how to take care of you. Wonderful. ❤️🙏

Location fantastic. Loop bus goes every 10 mins to Ramsgate and Margate. Breakfast great & always served with a smile. Owners so genuine and friendly, couldn’t do enough for you

Besser geht es nicht

Wir waren schon oft in UK. Dieses kleine Hotel hat alle unsere Erwartungen übertroffen. Äußerst gastfreundlicher Inhaber, ein hervorragendes, abwechselungsreiches Frühstück (besser geht es in UK nicht), sehr schönes Zimmer. Wenn wir nochmal nach Kent kommen, werden wir hier wieder übernachten!

Enjoyed our stay in Broadstairs. Would recommend.

The breakfast was excellent. They accommodated my gluten free request and still gave me a different breakfast each day. They really travelled the extra mile to serve a delicious breakfast.

A rail rather than a wardrobe in the bedroom.

We liked it very much.

I have poor vision and there was no lighting from the first set of steps from the road to the accommodation and lighting on the stairs could have been brighter.

Lovely b&b, ideal for a short stay

Excellent location near to the beach, shops, pubs and restaurants. Free parking on site. Lily and Jenny made us very welcome.

Ett B&B som vi verkligen kan rekommendera.

Trevligt och hjärtligt bemötande, mysig och tillmötesgående värd som gärna gjorde det där lilla extra för att vi skulle känna oss välkomna som gäster. Rent och snyggt. God frukost.

Även om sängarna var bra kunde de möjligtvis vara något mer mjuka.

My wife and I really enjoyed our stay at Broadstairs Houses House

Something different for breakfast every day, always delicious and well presented. Within easy walking distance of the beach and town centre and a good bus service nearby. Our room and the dining room were clean and bright with superb decor. Jenny and Peter proved to be excellent hosts.

Only a small parking space but this was not a problem, as there is free residential parking in the road opposite.

It was a delightful mini break just when we needed it, wish we had been staying for longer.

Jenny and her husband were so welcoming and made us feel really at home. Our room was meticulously clean, bright and fresh, as indeed was the whole house. The breakfast was unsurpassed, an array of fruits with yogurt and waffle, then amazing scrambled eggs with smoked salmon and avocado, all beautifully presented. We shall certainly go again xxxx

A short walk into the town centre, lovely big room with a large ensuite, excellent breakfast. A fridge in the dining room for milk and cold water was thoughtful. The hosts were very welcoming and helpful.

The only negative was the busy road the room faced.
