Lovely little flat, well located and well run.
Very well located to the beach and centre of Broadstairs. Very clean, comfortable and tidy. Excellent communication with the host.

We like everything. They are so thoughtful to put the things we need even in small things you didn't realized you missed bringing and glad you'll find it there. The property is clean and close from the station, bus stop and the beach.
Only one thing we wish was we hope the lightening in the kitchen was move closer where we cook cause it can be dark. but anyway its not a big deal we use our phone to see and still happy with our stay☺️

Good location, with parking, but issues for owners to address - particularly the poor bed quality
Convenient location at 13 minutes walk to beach with allocated parking, and host's communication was excellent.
This apartment feels more like run-down student digs than a put-together business rental, with a bed so bad that we almost left a day early. Most of the furniture looks old and randomly selected, and fully frosted window/door glass in the kitchen and living room felt a bit clautrophobic. But whatever else one can put up with, without a decent night's sleep, it will be a poor stay. Whilst there are a few creature comforts which could make the stay a lot more pleasant (mirror and a shelf above bathroom sink, towel rails, dressing table mirror, kitchen light above cooker, 2nd bedside table, lounge pendant light with diffuser to stop the lightbulb shining in your eyes when sat down) Investing in a good quality bed and mattress must be your number one priority if you hope for return visitors.

A fantastic, ideally located flat
We had a lovely short break at Broadstairs Terrace and would highly recommend it. The location was ideal for exploring Broadstairs as everything, including the beach, was just a short stroll away. The flat itself was exceptionally clean, well equipped and comfortable. Off street parking (opposite the flat) was definitely an added bonus. Wendy’s communication was excellent and we appreciated all the local information that she provided.

It felt like home. We want to relocate to Broadstairs!
This was the cleanest accommodation my daughter (7years old) and I have ever stayed in. Attention to details and how well everything organised and thought through was astonishing. Personally I was impressed. It felt like home. Kind of like our own holiday place to come and stay. As a bonus the owner was very quick to reply. Very helpful and promptly resolved our issue when we locked our keys inside. Thank you very much for one of the best UK summer holiday breaks we had. Now we want to relocate to Broadstairs!
Perhaps sleeping pillows could be thicker. I used 2 under my head. Not a big deal though.

Broadstairs was welcoming, the owner surpassed our expectations.
If the things we didnt like come up 1st do not let it distract you at all from this diamond little holiday flat. Read on please.... From the time of the booking, the owners communication was excellent. This was home from home, dog friendly and accessable. There are two steps to this property. One on the approach to the front door and one step into it. So easy for a pushchair or walking aid. We walked through the door and wanted for nothing, having expected to go on a shopping trip, as is usual for most self catering properties. Milk. Tea, Coffee and lovely gifts were surprisingly waiting and washing up liquid ready to wash cups. A dishwasher and tablets make a longer stay even more relaxing. Shower Gel, Shampoo and Conditioner too. Odd, I expect you think, to rave about such things but it just allowed us to enjoy our 2 night stay from the moment we arrived. The flat was just minutes walk to the fantastic beaches but close to a park too, for a short walk for our dog. Free designated car parking opposite the flat is included. The property is in a quiet side street. Its modern and light, with clean crsips edges. It has a small TV, if you do plan to stay in, which has internet access via a firestick. The heating control was easy to use and being April, we needed it at night Id take slippers next time, as the tiled floors were cold. The hall and lounge were carperted. Its suitable for a small family and has a cot and highchair available, in storage. We visited Ramstage, down the road and enjoyed the tips and suggestions the owner left us, for places to dine. We'd visit again and would stay here. The hostess was absolutely wonderful and thats priceless.
The double bed was a tad hard, the sofa bed was more comfortable. The french doors were very drafty in cold weather (not accessing a garden, just to open for fresh air in summer - we think). The wind blew cold through the open keyholes in those and the front door. I think a key hole cover would be beneficial. This is only constructive criticism, we loved this place and it was worth the rate we paid.
