the check in was very smooth and fast and the receptionist even checked us in at 11 am so my son could take his nap before we head out visiting the city. the terrace and the lobby had a very pleasant atmosphere. I could enjoy reading a book as my son and my husband used the pool.
the only point I could mention would be the unnecessary amount of armchair/sofa in our room. however, it was only due to having a toddler in the room. otherwise everything was excellent.
4.0
The outside areas for relaxing, the great location.
The restaurant was hardly ever open. The air conditioner was extremely noisy, although effective.
2.5
The hotel has seen better days. Towels have holes in them and the place seems run down. Staff nit overly helpful and booked dinner for us at a restaurant that was closed. Also no on site restaurant on Monday.

Ramon was extremely nice and helpful. He went out of his way to make us feel comfortable. Beautiful property.

Value for money was low

The hotel is very nice. The room is big and clean
The location
0.5
Location to old downtown
Charged us for breakfast when our booking and multiple websites say breakfast is free.
3.5
The room was large with authentic art and decoration. Very quiet hotel with nice gardens, very close to the city center.
The pool was cold and not clean at all. No breakfast on site, the restaurant looks nice and could be a great asset for the hotel but currently not in use.
5.0
Very well located, the vibe is very cozy that makes you feel like at home, beds were comfortable enough to have a good sleep.
I wish they had stronger Wi-Fi connection inside the rooms.
4.0
Room was spacious, bed was really comfortable and linens were good. The antique Mexican decor is very interesting. The staff was really good and the lady who cleaned our roof was excellent. The manager, Ramon, was also helpful.
The fact that in order to use the Wi-Fi you had to go to the common areas where there are mosquitos early in the day and evening. For what they charge they should ensure Wi-Fi can be used in each of the rooms. The restaurant food was not good and expensive for what it was although the waiter, Manuel was charming and made great margaritas.

I really didn't like anything of this trip
Lots.
My room was dirty. My linen was stained. The shower had mold and lime scale. The water was cold.
One of the pools was shut. No one told me until I complained.
I was moved rooms.
The next room had no wifi. At all. Never in 2 days. It was advertised as being an upgraded.
Booking.com promised 1 swimming pools and working wifi. I was told "the wifi doesn't work in the old rooms"
The staff kept asking for tips. You tip. Please tip. You leave tip please.

decoration and location
poor maintenance,
price, this lodgement is overpriced !
cheap-bad ammenities
lack of LGBT+ sensibilization of the staff
I requested in purpose a king size bed and were asked 3 times of changing to two beds
we have the impression to be offered the worst room first and there was availability of other rooms

i love the cleanliness and attentiveness of the staff.
the room smelled like mildew. windows need to be opened if room isn’t used for a while for fresh air.

A beautiful oasis in the middle of Cuernavaca with traditionally decorated rooms and great grounds with excellent service and staff.

This hotel is best described as a small museum of Mexican popular art. Each room has an individual decor with handicrafts of a particular style/region. As I am in love with Mexican crafts, it felt like a little miracle. Besides, the hotel is very conveniently located and the staff is very friendly and helpful. An excellent stay!

3.5
Great location and very friendly staff.
Rooms were ok, it was dissapointing the pool was really cold! Couldn't get in. Arrived on friday afternoon and service for snacks was not available until 3pm. Although hotel was not that busy, service at the restaurant for breakfast was sloppy and slow. There is always room for improvement, but didn't feel I got value for my money.
2.5
the location - very centric.
spacious rooms
comfortable bed
besides the pool all services were extremely limited. Restaurant opening hours were ridiculously limited!
The couches in the room and common areas were all stained while the umbrellas at the so called restaurant terrasse were rotten!
The mexican furniture in the room was old and could use some refurbishment.
The staff was very limited and the service was not quite what we would expect from this type of hotel.
2.5
Location
Water was cold and pool/room not extremely clean.
