Calidez y relajación asegurada.

La amabilidad de todo el personal, mi reconocimiento especial para la recepción y los meseros, todos son muy amables y atentos.

Desafortunadamente nos tocó que se fue el agua por unas horas y no pudimos bañarnos ni ocupar el baño aproximadamente por 5 horas pero ese mismo día se resolvió.

El equipo de personal del lugar son lo mejor, mil gracias por hacernos pasar días maravillosos! El chapoteadero de agua calientita. El desayuno siempre delicioso y muy completo. Los jardines hermosos, atendidos en todo momento. Camas cómodas, limpias y con sábanas de calidad Ubicación, muy céntrico, encuentras de todo cerca, a 1 cuadra de av principal, farmacia grande y a 2 cuadras de soriana. Regresaremos!

El área de la regadera un poco pequeña, cuestión de poca importancia jiji

Very good

The staff. The room is big. Super quiet space surrounded by gardens.

It needs some maintenance and remodeling. For instance, the bathroom door needed painting. The restaurant furniture needs painting or a change.

The staff and the breakfast. The gardens looked very nice

Room didnt had AC. Just a fan and it was really hot. Even more than outside, don't know why. Pool was good but it didn't seem to be clean enough. Maybe because of the weekend but it looked a little bit dirty.

Good value hotel

The rooms are refurbished and the location is ideal to visit several places in Cuernavaca. The breakfast was good value.

Mariana Daniel and Alondra and the rest of the staff were very helpful and loving. The restaurants was suburb and great portions for it even being free braekfast!

Perfect and lovely stay in Cuernavaca

Wow, what an amazing experience. Beautiful location and incredibly nice employees. We had such a wonderful time here. Would definitely recommend this place!

Excellent but very expensive

Breakfast was very good and service excellent, room very comfortable and quiet, beautiful garden and pool, very quiet and relax location. Very friendly and nice location to join with family in Cuernavaca and have a delicious breakfast and take some good pictures in the garden. we all love this hotel.

Rate very expensive for one night,and no parking available in location, needed to park in the street.

Excellent well maintained hotel with long term dedicated staff.

Excellent professional managed family hotel on large grounds. Comfortable rooms. Excellent breakfast options. Great for families with kids due to pool. Like a mini resort in the middle of a city. They have a row of rooms that can be reached without steps or stairs after the arriving about 4 steps above street to reception. Most rooms not Aircon but no need unless you have hot flashes. They have suites too called Master. Photos are standard rm.

A good option for a weekend getaway. Family-style lodging at a fair price.

Breakfast was very good, staff was very friendly. The grounds are carefully tended for, overall it was a pleasant stay. Whole check-in/out process was quick and easy.

Some of the neighboring rooms were WAY too loud at night (blaring TV, doors, etc), and we had to call the Front Desk to do something about them. Cocktails were not good at all, bartenders could use some classes.

Beautiful place with a country vibe

The place is beautiful, pool was nice and breakfast was very good. Staff was very helpful and nice. Although it is not very close to the center, it is a 15 min ride tops, and the fact that is kinda far makes you feel more secluded and in a more peaceful neighborhood. I forgot my Apple Watch in my room and they immediately contacted me, which is a sign of good service.

This is a great little hideaway from the hustle and bustle of downtown Cuernavaca. The grounds are well-taken care of and the staff is gracious and welcoming. This is not an upscale 5 star but rather a family-run, quaint and cozy traditional hotel. It is charming and reminiscent of days gone by Mexican hospitality. HIghly recommended.

We rented the suite so we had air-conditioning. However, many of the rooms do not have it. In the hot months of April and May, this may be uncomfortable.

Quietness. Personnel. Ample room. Nice garden. Nice breakfast. Overall relaxing atmosphere.

Minor issue - windows and door locks could be renovated. Quite far from center (20 min on foot).
